The food was pretty good, wraps are definitely worth the money. The sandwiches are small but tasty. I’m giving 3 stars because if the smell of the place. It smells like bathroom spray, it’s so strong and fragrant that it was hard to eat inside and it gave my husband a would headache. Definitely never eating inside there.

Customer service is not good right off the bat. Came in at 12:30 and said hello twice and the lady behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me and rolled her eyes the second time I said hello? what a shame as the restaurant looks clean!

Tried this chicken for the first time at the Westfield location day after Christmas. Place was decorated in a cute fashion for the holidays..service is friendly and food is made to order and came promptly.
I had the hornet sandwich which is a popular option..the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce on that chicken is divine..while I do like blue cheese for me it kind of overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich..still a good sandwich and the orange creamsicle shake was tasty.
Would come again to try the tenders with a variety of their dipping sauces for sure.

Everything we ordered was massive and delicious. My wife got a huge wrap, i got a huge delicious buffalo salad, we shared 2 buttermilk wings and some cheese fries. Everything was delicious we left lunch in a food coma. Great addition to westfield

Great place. The food was super fresh and the fries were great. Loved the comeback sauce! We had the Nashville and Southwest wraps. One wrap would have been enough to split. Will go back for sure!

Great food. Unfortunately the young woman working there around 3pm on a Monday was not very customer friendly. She didn’t say hello, Or you’re welcome. I asked for a container to go & saw her roll her eyes after. I felt like I was pressuring her to do it. Unfortunately the place did not feel inviting because of that.

First and foremost, and the reason you go…the food was excellent. I had the hornets nest with fries and it was delicious. Definitely one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The fries were great also. I was a little disappointed that the only drink options were soda, no unsweet tea or similar option. BUT…the woman taking orders and payments was absolutely miserable. Everyone has a bad day so it’s not going to deter me from coming back, but her attitude and demeanor was terrible.

Honestly some of the best chicken we’ve ever had. We got two hot honey sandwiches, the chicken caesar wrap, cornbread, and Nashville mozzarella sticks. Everything was incredible!!

Ate there for the first time tonight. It was excellent! WOW, you get a lot of food. I had to bring half of my wrap home. The $5 add on for fries and fountain soda was a good deal. The place is clean and Joe, the manager, could not have been more customer service oriented. I’ll definitely be back. I also appreciated the fact they offer students a discount between 11-5! As a high school teacher, I love seeing this.

I got the cowboy wrap. The three others with me all enjoyed their food as well. The fries were great, not overseasoned.

Decided to try this place out, craving some hot chicken. Asked the guy “What do you recommend?” He recommended to try Nashville Hot Tenders/Chicken Sandwich combo, I thought “why not” Ordered the tenders with their signature sauce and hot honey(make sure to get that as well) all I have to say is wow man, the chicken was perfectly cooked, not too spicy , fries were crispy but not overly crispy, it was great , definitely recommend.
