Horrible customer service. Sushi was not edible, and the order was completely wrong.

Ordered a bunch of rolls (tuna, salmon, California, eel, shrimp tempura). Shrimp tempura roll was the best of everything we ordered. Everything else was pretty standard. But they always squish the rolls into one TINY container, which makes them impossible to get out.

The sushi is high quality and tasty. However their system for placing orders is ridiculous. Pushes the deliveries way out and does not allow for cancelations? It says to call the store to cancel and they say there is nothing that can be done.

Best quality sushi around and an owner that really cares about his customers.I order from Buddha Fish weekly and always have a great experience. Tonight there was a slight issue with my order. The owner immediately got on the phone, apologized and insisted on personally delivering me the corrected item. While chatting with him, I got to learn about all of his extensive experience in the sushi world, and how he wants to serve Downtown Westfield for the long term!

10/10 lovely place. The only thing they need is a small cup of Chogochujang to give with the sushi. The artisan sushi selections are great and the portions are standard.

Very bad quality!Very bad service! The worst sushi I ever had in my life. The shrimp and chicken were hard, super hard. Even seaweed was difficult to chew. It was like plastic. I wonder how so many people were happy with this restaurant. Bad bad experience to pay over $210 for a food I couldn’t eat.

Do yourself a favor and ignore the one star review of the pretentious guy who couldn't wait five minutes for a table to be cleaned. The speciality rolls are delicious and I'll definitely be back.

While I normally do not post food reviews, I had to in this case b/c the restaurant owner and their staff should take more care in the way they package there to go orders. This evening we ordered a few different sushi rolls, sushi pieces, and crispy rice with spicy tuna on top. The for staff packed the order in such a way that the hot soup was on top of the crispy rice contained which due to the soups heat, turned the spicy tune on top of the crispy rice gray. It looked and smelled horrible and was totally inedible and made for a horrible take out exp. At this point being just a takeout restaurant, the staff should know that cold food and hot food need to be packaged separately to avoid such issues.

They just lost my business. Called to say they didn't include chopsticks. Mind you, My husband and I order from here once a week at least and I've had to call many times about chopsticks not being included so you'd think they'd remember with a repeat customer- especially one who has called about this issue before. Not sure who I spoke to but it was a man. He talked over me the entire time, raised his voice (borderline yelling), totally rude saying it's my fault. Dude, just apologize and say you'll make a note of it. I'm never ordering from here again which is a shame because the sushi is decent.

If it were possible, I’d give them zero stars. My 12 year old daughter celebrated a friends bday party here. My wife spoke to the staff and clearly explained that my daughter has Celiacs disease & cannot have ANY gluten in her meal. Any reputable restaurant would take great care with discussing her sensitive food allergies with their staff, just not this one. When the chef came to cook the meal at the table, it was as if he had never heard of a food allergy or how to prepare the food so that his minor patron could eat safely. He put soy sauce on everything then tried to remove it by overcooking it. Because it had the soy she ended up hardly eating anything and basically ruining her night.

Ordered a wide variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Fish was so fresh and excellent. Rolls were prepared with care. Everything was delicious and our order was delivered on time. New Jersey roll with diced shrimp and scallop was particularly great. My new favorite sushi place.
