"CHEZ CATHERINE" is "THE JEWEL OF THE CROWN", amongst the last restaurants that I experienced! Indeed, the Décor - Élegant! Atmosphere - Extremely pleasant, soft, inviting! Food and its artistry presentation - Absolutely unrivalled! Wine selection - Excellent! Service - Outstanding! I dare say, a 6--stars one!

Wonderful and intimate restaurant perfect for a special celebration. We enjoyed our first Christmas Eve in Westfield here and will definitely come back for future memorable moments! Great food and service -- loved the French Onion Soup, risotto, short ribs and sole! Mousse is outstanding.

We meet there, travelling down from Conecticut to celebrate with family. It is most elegant and very French indeed. We love to travel to Paris and immerse ourselves in that unique culture. However we cannot do so every year. Thanfully there is Chez Catherine where Stephen and staff are notable as is the food experience. The experience of French cusine exists in multiple layers of subtle flavors that unfold in your tastbuds. It requires years of olfactory training and practice, as a chef, even for just producing the perfectly humble b ut tastefully balanced hamburger Their soups and risottos are perfect examples. Perfect place to celebrate our friends birthday. From the moment we walked in the door the service was gracious as it was throughout the meal. They were light heated not stiff, unintrusive but there when you wanted them. And the food, the food was marvelous, very dish. I ended the meal with a soufflé - so light and flavorful with a tiny pot of cream. We left Chez Catherine exhilarated. Thank you to all.

My husband and I had a lovely Anniversary Dinner at Chez Catherine last evening. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. The Prince Edward Mussels were the best I've ever had! Planning to bring the rest of the family near the holidays.
