The staff ran out of chicken when starting our order. They scraped the container then completed the bowl. We asked to have the missing protein in a cup and they proceeded to charge an additional $5 dollars. Money hungry and inconsiderate decision that warrants this feedback. I’m not surprised they are rated 3 stars. Low is an understatement.

Food is average chipotle food. It gets absurd though when I pay 15 dollars for a bowl and can’t even get a water cup. I will not be spending my money at an establishment that doesn’t value its guests enough to give them water. Such a shame.

The food was packed horribly, they didn’t have hardly any options despite still having two full hours to be open, they left the containers open and my full bag of food spilled on the way cuz of all the liquid from the open containers.

I am not sure what's going on at this location but over the past several months I have not received one properly wrapped burrito during the afternoon for lunch orders. Every single one has been a loose mess of tortilla barely containing the contents. And more often than not it isn't even fully wrapped in foil with whoever doing the wrapping also not bothering to double wrap, which is the usual protocol. I am going to stop ordering from here if this doesn't improve.

The only thing consistent at this location is poor quality. I stopped going cause every time I ordered a fajita/veggie bowl the veggies are all charred and black flakes due to them not cleaning the grill properly. Then tried it again with getting a quesadilla which was good last time but this time was falling part and everything is so over salted that all I can taste is salt and despite chugging water, my mouth is still dry as a bone. Save yourself and just go to another Chipolte because despite usually being a company dedicated to quality control, this location is not one of them. Now going to hope I don’t get a headache from high blood pressure because couldn’t even finish the quesadilla it was that bad. Also this is my first review on Google to hopefully get management to fix their practices and save folks from bothering.
