Order signature ice creams online with toppings and when we went to pick up it was already made.we took it home and we saw that It was poorly made. We added topping and when we picked up ice cream it was plain ice cream with less quantity and a littlebit like none toppings. Very bad service.

The place is filthy! Not sure who manages or owns this particular location but shame on them for not seeing how disgusting the floors are, walls pealing, the front door looks disgusting and it smells like mildew……

I went in yesterday and took forever for someone to come out the back to greet me. The ice cream was MELTING in the container. Plus the staff behind the counter looks miserable, not a good experience for my kids & I - I'd rather go to Ralphs but they're closed/shut down for some reason. STAY AWAY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Love that they carry a dairy free option Silk almond chocolate ice cream. I buy it by the gallon since I'm the only one in the house that's dairy free! It tastes so good like regular ice cream.

Agree with the review that said poor management and pricing exploitation. Ordered a small milkshake and was charged for two extra topping additions which I never added. Completely unethical. I went back to ask about this and the manager just had a blank face and said “for chocolate chips and syrups” but I never asked for either…. Never had a bad cold stone experience before coming to this location.
