We came here on a busy weeknight to celebrate a family event. The house was packed. It was too hot to sit outdoors so we opted for indoors. Our server was efficient but a bit abrupt, rushing us out. The food looked great but was lacking in flavor. Seasoning would help. The caesar salad was quite good. Most of the entrees, which were a decent size, were unfinshed beacuse they didn't have much taste. The veggies that came with some of the meals were fresh, but a bit underdone.

This has been my favorite Italian restaurant for more than 20 years. I love this place. I keep going back and referring others. In the last 20 years, I have referred more than 10 people, and they always say how much they enjoyed their food and ambiance.

once we were seated and we ordered it took 30 minutes for 2 glasses of wine. The waitress said they the bar was backed up, but other table got there drinks quicker. when the food arrived, both the apps and main course were delivered together. we didn't except our main course until we finished our appetisers. by this point I meet the general manager and he didn't care about us of anyone else. No apologies nothering. worst service I have ever had in any restaurant of this class.

The food is fine and it’s a busy establishment. I found the host to be abrupt and slightly impolite because he’s very busy. They also charge a “non cash fee” which is absolutely disgusting. A 3.5% fee is a bs way to hit people on COVID recovery. After a $185 bill, to ding people extra because they pay by the currently most accepted manner of payment in the world is upsetting.. and they assume it and do not publicize this fee. You may get your fee that day, but people will think about that when deciding to come back. Everyone enjoyed the meal but as a restaurant goer, I wouldn’t this restaurant way up on the must return list. Especially for the prices

Love love love the muscles and mini clams. Large restaurant with valet parking. I was shocked the food was soo good. I figured.the quality would be lower, but it wasn't!! Every dish was very good!!!

I was taking two friends out as a thank you for significant help they had given me. It's their favorite place, and I can see why. My chicken dish was delicious, and they enjoyed what they ordered. The servers were also very polite and attentive.

Great service, excellent food. I ordered an old traditional item Fusilli and broccoli and Caesar salad. Pasta was perfect, homemade with garlic broth steamed broccoli. My guests were thrilled with their meal Great ambiance and convenient, in downtown Westfield. Recommend highly
A large group of us were here for lunch. The food was good, but the wait staff was very young and inexperienced. Perhaps they were understaffed on a weekday. The waiters had to be asked for utensils and brought the coffee mugs with the spoons in the. Pretty informal!

They had a delicious pesto risotto scallops as a special which my family all enjoyed. Of course, the rest of our food was great! I love getting the salmon with broccoli and potatoes! Always pretty quick delivery and love the food.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed a blue cheese crusted filet. Started with a nice lightly dressed Caesar salad. Bar service was friendly and attentive. Food was prepared properly and served promptly. Walk to the back of the restaurant for better seating.

We had been to Ferraro's some time ago and friends of ours wanted a good place to eat so we recommened we go to Ferraro's. Neither they, nor us, were disappointed. The food, the service, and the pricing is exceptional. To highlight the dining experience, we had entrees of Chicken Francese, Chicken Margherita, Veal Picata. Both couples ordered the Ferraro Salad, and for dessert, there was a double order of the Ricotta cheesecake.

perfect plae to meet old friends on a rainy day....nice warm cozy atmosphere, great italian food and good service....a little on the pricey side, but great tasting food
