The donut is okay and the surrounding was awesome.
This place is the worst because I ordered a begal with cream cheese and I got a begal with no cream cheese and with mold

The only good thing in that store is a well manner respectable man name Jerry to which I personally know and is the reason why the atmosphere stays pure in such a small establishment

Customer Service was terrible. They don't process orders in the order that they take them. Employees were unsympathetic. Find a different Dunkin to go to. Avoid this one.

If i could give this place a 0 i would because its terrible i was the first person in like for almost 30 minutes and the line started gettin bigger the worker there was doing online mobile orders only and taking his sweet time right in front of me so i walked out what a waste of

After the remodeling it is impossible to use the app and the rewards. I went twice and I wasn’t able to use the rewards, first I wanted to redeem the free breakfast sandwich and the system didn’t take it and the second time we tried it said that it was used, then I wanted a dozen of donuts and the person charged me per unit so instead of paying 13.99 I paid 23 dollars as he never mentioned that the fritters were not in the deal. Then I asked to void the transaction and no manager was in site. Loyal customers would like to take advantage of the rewards; however it is impossible to do it in this store. Kindly train your employees to stay in the standard of your franchise. Really disappointed

Great spot, always prepares orders properly. My food was hot upon pickup which is something most DD can’t get right. Drink was made properly. Could have a larger pickup counter but not the end of the world.

I like it here. They sometimes not prepared for the mass people, but when not too many customers they are fine.

Not star worthy.Walked to the register to place a cash order. The employee that seemed in charge suggested I use the kiosk to place my order because they were very busy preparing orders that were coming through via several apps. I shared with her that all I have was cash. She ask I wait until she completes the orders coming through via apps. Understanding, I waited. In the mean time other customers were coming in and ordering through the kiosk and rcvng their orders before she can even take my order at the register. I called that to her attention and all she says was I needed to wait because they are very busy, for me to use the kiosk, I reminded her that I do not have a card to pay for my order via kiosk that all I have is cash. She says, “well I’m sorry, I cannot take your order at the register now, we are busy filling in orders through the apps and kiosks, I would have to wait.” Then goes saying that the register is not working …. HUH? Waiting for nearly 10 minutes she could not communicate that part to me from the beginning or tape a sign on the register saying “OUT OF ORDER, PLEASE USE KISOK”? Even though I did not believe the register was broken, she did not want to bother taking my order at the register.I used to frequent here for convenience. Not anymore.A paying customer is a paying customer no matter how they order (DD app, DoorDash, Uber Eats, kiosk, cash at the register, etc).A customer service rep in any industry should not make a paying customer feel obligated to order how the business wants them to.
Very bad Dunkin’ Donuts. They always mess up my order and half the time when I order coffee and a donut or sandwich they’ll give me the coffee and tell me I didn’t order a sandwich. So why was I charged so much then if I didn’t order a sandwich? A coffee cost $8 now? Seems like they are trying to scam people. Charge for the food and not give you the food and pocket the money.

Quality service for a dunkin. This store is half convenience store and half dunkin donuts, so the staff are spread a bit thin, not their fault but you may not want to go here if you're in a hurry. Again great service.
I ordered and was late to pickup, I tried calling them, no one picked up. When I went my order wasn't there , when enquired the guy in the counter was so rude and wasn't ready to listen what I was saying , instead asked me from which country iam and treats me as if I came to claim the food which I dint pay for. Ridiculous !Worst service.
