DO NOT miss this place;) the food is delicious, fresh and healthy! I recommend chicken tikka and lamb tikka. Their bread (naan) and rice (kabuli) are off the charts! My family and I will be visiting this place as often as we can in the future;) I highly recommend it!!

Wallahi some of the BEST food I’ve ever eaten!! Best food in all of NJ, can’t go wrong with any item on the menu especially the Bolani (a chefs kiss) ?. Incredible charismatic and kind staff along with a very delightful handsome young man working in the front. 11/10 highly recommend!!

I wanted the lunch special, they said the chicken wasn't ready, I wanted lentil soup, it wasn't ready..so I settled for a Shawarma it was just like shredded rotisserie chicken in a stale pita...so 1 Shawarma, 1 bowl of yogert w chopped salad in it, a plate of beans 1 water, 1 mango lassie $47.00!, we left there hungry and went next door to the pizzeria to get a slice.. never again..just go get a gyro for 1/2 the $$. we had high hopes and left totally disappointed.

This place i tried for the very first time while came across it, searching for halal and Afghan food. I order meal for 5 persons so they made me a platter a little small tray then medium size tray with qabuli rice served with 2 beef kofte kabab one chicken kofte one chicken Tikka or cubes and 2 beef Tikka or cubes with bread salad and 3 kind of sauce and 2 Bolaani. They charged $165 for it. And that tray is not for 5 people at all the only thing that were good amount in the platter were rice and bread. The kabab were enough only for 3 persons. And then the quality of the kabab was horrible. Specially the beef Tikka were softened by meat tenderizer powder and wasn't naturally tenderizered and were not cooked correctly. This place is located in a kind of middle class area of NJ this doesn't means that they have to rip people with that kind of high prices for the size of the platters with such quality. People's, you guys really want to know the difference between quality and price as well atmospheres of dine in with services then try Silk Road in Mountain Sides NJ, Hills of Hirat in NJ, Paradise Kabab in Parsippany NJ and some others you will be able to tell the quality and reasonable prices. Usually restaurants serves a big platter for persons count more than enough for the count of persons but here is the opposite they serve you less and charge alot more for it. In NJ Albasha is one of my favorite in paterson NJ. if anyone try there, will tell the difference. I will never recommend this place to anyone. they are rip-off.

I am a big supporter of small businesses and particularly go out of my way to get Afghan food. Good Afghan food. This establishment has served us old rice numerous times and purposely messed up our orders because they have other items readily available.
Never going here again, not worth it. Overpriced and they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
