I had the most wonderful experience tonight and wanted to acknowledge the team at Ferrarros. I went with my 2 older children and we were seated right away in Fernando’s section. He was attentive from the start and was able to accommodate my odd food request going out of his way to make sure he understood and the kitchen made special sauces for me. I told him I didn’t need them to make anything special for me and to just leave it off but he insisted it was no problem and the sauces came out amazing. Thank you to the kitchen staff for going out of their way. The most impressive thing was when my son got a little food stain on his sleeve and was trying to wipe it off. Before we knew it Fernando came to our table with a cloth napkin and a glass of soda water so he could clean his stain. I was so impressed by this small but attentive gesture. He anticipated our need and took care of it without being asked. And of course the food was amazing!! I forgot how good the food is there but it truly is delicious. I ordered the Salmon Neapolitan and my son ordered the pappardelle with braised ribs and both were crazy good. Coming from Brooklyn we get amazing Italian food. I’m often disappointed in the local Italian but Ferraros rivals the best NY Italian food! Bravo Ferraros!

I treated my staff for a holiday dinner. The first few of us to arrive enjoyed a drink at the bar. The bar tender was friendly and attentive. The host was keeping an eye on us from his podium and had our table ready once our full party was present. Our table by the table window was a tad drafty, but did provide a pretty view of the holiday decorations hung on the businesses across the street. The interior of the restaurant has a cozy nostalgic feel that you'd expect from an independent family restaurant. The appetizers were tasty and the quality was typical of a fine dining establishment. The complimentary bread was great too, but I would have preferred a little olive oil to dip it in, instead of the little deli style butter cups provided. (Honestly, this is the only criticism I could levy, the experience was very nice overall). Everyone enjoyed the food a lot, I had braised short rib with squash risotto which was delicious. My guests all raved about their food as well. The menu has a variety of selections including pastas, salads, soups, chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian. I didn't note if there were gluten free options but my guess is they would accommodate upon request. The service was top notch and our servers made us feel at home. We all passed on desert, but the selections were homemade and very tempting! The wine list was adequate with options for most budgets. This place is just a 4 minute walk from the Westfield Inn which made my visit extremely convenient. As tempted as I'll be to try a different place next year, I'll likely end up making Ferraro's our traditional holiday spot.
This restaurant goes above and beyond, the service is wonderful, the staff friendly, the atmosphere/enviornment are beautiful, the food from starters to desserts are phenomenal. Thank you Joe, the incredible waiter who served me, the experience made me decide I would absolutely love to come back again and again. Keep up the great work, I will be returning, and I will be bringing more friends. 🥰

Had the house salad, escarole and sausage and the fish special which had wild caught bass and shrimp. All of the food was delicious. Our server was Sarah and she was wonderful and attentive. My wife and I will be back. Ferraro's is one of the better Italian restaurants that I have been to. It's in the top three and I have been to many Italian restaurants.

My friends and I visited Ferraro’s for the first time this past Saturday 10/11. Our server Christian was 10/10 and I would go back if he’s our server!
My friends ordered the Chicken Parm and they loved it! (That’s coming from a NY couple who always has to rate Chicken Parm wherever they go)
My boyfriend ordered the lasagna and he said it was good as well…
Now, I obviously should have chosen a “safer” option and was in between the Braised Short Ribs or the stuffed filet mignon tips gnocchi… I chose the gnocchi and was NOT a fan of whatever brown gravy/sauce it came in.
Next time- because the Lychee Martinis were incredible- I will choose a safer alternative.
Rant over. Server Christian- 5 stars, hilarious and knows the menu well. Drinks- 5 stars Ambiance- cozy but still elegant
