If you are celiac and you are craving Italian.....Ferraro's is the place!!! The calamari is on point...the pasta special was amazing. Sangria was delish. Our server was patient and didn't rush us. She was great at letting us know what special were able to be made gluten free. They even mark the dishes w/ GF stickers...thank you for overall great customer service!

Food and service from Briana and staff was very good. A lot to choose from on the menu and everything tasted great. The fact that management charges a 3.5 % up charge ( not sure they pay that much ) for using a credit card is a disgrace especially at an upscale restaurant. Disappointing.

Table checks were messed up. My credit card was charged with someone's else's table. Service was a bit slow. Took a long time for dinner. We didn't order anything else but entrees and went on Monday evening early 6pm

Our party of 5 went to celebrate a special occasion. While our appetizers were good, 3 of 5 main courses were not flavorful and clearly warmed over from an earlier preparation. They were virtually inedible and left largely untouched. What's worse, 1 main course (a pasta dish for the guest of honor) came out 15+ minutes after all other main courses...because the server said it was burned? It was pasta, how do you burn pasta? 1 other main course was sent back. For the price, these meals were poor. While the server was pleasant, the experience was not. Very disappointing.

Had a delicious dinner with family at this fine restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. We had the salad, meatballs, breaded chicken, baked salmon and ravioli for appetizers and main course followed by tiramisu and canoli as the desserts. One of the best Italian restaurant we've done in. Totally recommended.

Been a Westfield resident for decades and a longtime customer of Ferraros. We order delivery on a regular basis. Tonight after almost 1 and a half hours, I called to see what the issue was and I was told that my order had been delivered—— but not to me I responded. After 5-10 minutes I got a call saying that it was delivered to the wrong address! At this point my family had to leave for an appointment so redoing the order was useless. I was told “sorry “ and that charge would be removed. Not exactly an overwhelming customer oriented response. Maybe I was used to the good old days where Chuck Murray would go out of his way to do something like give me a credit for my next order. So much for being a regular customer for 20+ years.
