I had a wonderful experience at Five Guys in Westfield, New Jersey. The person who took care of me was Isabelle. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, and the garbage was kept. My burger was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a fry and a milkshake which was also very fresh. My overall experience was 5 stars. Thank you Five Guys for making my dining experience Amazing!

Isabel and her team are absolutely amazing! We celebrated our son’s 16th birthday here with family and friends, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Not only was the food fresh and delicious (you know you’re getting great burgers at Five Guys), but the service at this location went above and beyond. The team was friendly, attentive, and really helped make our day special. My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful for how they helped us create such fun and lasting memories. Thank you!

I had a lovely experience here about a week ago. There was a very kind woman named Ana and she was so welcoming to me and my friend. I appreciated how happy she was to talk to us and her smile was contagious. The kitchen staff was very kind as well and we got to wave them all goodbye with a smile when we left. 10/10 recommend !

The only reason why I gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars is that I generally don’t like burger yet still I found it fresh and tasty. We got 2 cheese burger with shrimp and large fries, we also got Oreos cookies milk shake which was amazing! Their customer service is spectacular too the person who took our order was nice and went over what we exactly want in our burgers. Thank you guys!

The girl cashier Brianna L was such a positive bubbly nice cashier that I was genuinely shocked, I hadn’t realized how long its been since I’ve received such positive customer service as I did tonight at the five guys. I seriously I left the five guys smiling because I feel like her smile and her friendliness genuinely made my day a million times better. Keep being yourself Brianna L, you seem like a super nice girl and don’t let anyone steal your sparkle
