We had to move our son's birthday party indoors last minute because of rain, and Fujiyama Mama totally saved the day! They fit us in same-day with a group of 15 energetic 9- and 10-year-olds, and the staff was awesome. The kids had a blast, and they even let us bring in a birthday cake and helped serve it. Super grateful for how accommodating they were—definitely made the day special

Ive been going here for about 8 years or more with my family and never had better sushi or sea food. We have been to many different sushi places and none of them have beat this one. This restaurant needs the highest review rate of all. Ive tried every food item on the menu and none of them have failed. Best place ever

Ordered online but no room for requests on the website - called in my request and $4 surcharge for request, no problem. Went to go pick it up and gave my child $4 cash for it when he picked it up - made me come in just to pay the extra 24 cents... Sushi is mid - rice is kind of hard. Would not recommend food from here. Came in with friend the other time for their birthday, and even though the front poster and other reviews say you get a free hibachi meal and such, we did not get that, and they got a tempura ice cream instead.
We went here for a second time. We tried all sorts of rolls. They were are all excellent. Service was good, but honestly it could be better. We’ll definitely go back.

Terrible customer service and an extremely long wait when ordering through ubereats. Today I waited at the restaurant for 30 minutes. I had to tell the customer about the delay and the customer had to call the restaurant to find out what is going on. Do not order food here while using Ubereat.
The problem was not with the platform. The problema was the workers that did not take the proper action when the order was not ready. As mencioned, the order was not ready when I have arrived and I had waited more than 30 minutes. The only response from the staff member stated was the order was not ready. No updates were given about the order and I had to talk to the staff again asking about the order.
We had a great time at this restaurant! The hibachi experience was not only delicious but also really fun to watch. Even the kids were entertained and enjoyed every moment. The chef was engaging, the food was flavorful, and the service was excellent. Perfect spot for a family night out—and for your birthday
highly recommend!

I ordered via grub hub all the food was old. I ordered salmon skin. Uneatable. Salad was not washed. Please dont get people sick just because you dont care about your resturant.

Fujiyama Mama is a pretty great restaurant. order sushi from them often and have come in a couple times for hibachi. The portion sizes for hibachi are pretty massive especially if you order the noodles vs the rice, not that the rice is small. I do miss the hibachi places that give you both rice and noodles along with shrimp. Most don't give the extra items anymore and prices have gone up. I will def be back again especially with kids.
Parking: Lots of spaces in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

I recently visited Fujiyama Mama with my daughter and her classmates (all 16-year-olds) for a fun night out.
My husband and I sat in the dining room so the girls could enjoy their private conversation—lots of giggling and girl talk going on, haha!
While the kids enjoyed their time, my husband and I ordered sushi. We went with the Fast and Furious, Explosive Materials, Golden Dreams, and Kamikaze rolls.
Golden Dreams was my personal favorite. It had shrimp tempura (for those unfamiliar, that’s fried shrimp), avocado (great for your heart), and my favorite fruit, mango, on top. The combination of the mango and shrimp tempura was both unique and delicious! It’s also a bit filling, especially since we ordered quite a bit of food.
Kamikaze was my husband’s favorite. He loves spicy tuna and cooked shrimp, so this roll was perfect for him. He ended up having to finish some of my rolls too because I definitely over-ordered (eyes bigger than my stomach, as usual). By the end, he joked that he couldn’t even tell what the food tasted like because I had ordered so much!
Oops, I realize I introduced the entrees before the appetizers—sorry, not writing an essay here, just sharing what comes to mind! It’s a free country, right? 😂
As for appetizers, I really liked the Baby Clam soup, which comes with udon noodles. It had a slightly sweet but refreshing flavor, and it wasn’t too heavy. My husband had the Pan-Fried Gyoza (pork dumplings), and honestly, why does his food always taste better than mine? Both appetizers were very appetizing and did their job of kick-starting our meal.
For drinks, I enjoyed a few Malibu Mai Tais, which paired perfectly with the sushi. Heads up: this isn’t a BYOB place, so make sure to bring your ID. (Not that it’s an issue for me—people say I look like I just turned 22, and I’m a mom of a 16-year-old! 🤣)
The service was excellent. The servers, hostess, and owner were all friendly and respectful. The owner seems super dedicated—whenever I stop by for a takeout order, she’s always there working hard. I wonder if she lives at the restaurant, haha! God bless her!
My daughter and her friends had a great time too. She loved the hibachi show and the overall vibe of the place. The hibachi chef even gave her a cute birthday headband, which was such a sweet touch. They were all out there, enjoying their girl talk, and I couldn’t help but feel proud. I hope she’s always this happy!
Overall, thank you so much, Fujiyama Mama, and all the staff, for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon. (And fingers crossed my little cutie doesn’t turn into a rebellious teenager next year!)
Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place so much!

Worst hibachi experience ever. Getting more upset the more I think about it. Don’t waste your $.
Our alcoholic drinks most definitely had zero alcohol in them. The “hibachi” show was so basic. He didn’t do the onion fire volcano, or use the props they usually use. They threw 1 piece of zucchini in our mouths. That was it.
The waitress was not attentive. It took them 20+ minutes for our drinks to even arrive. And then they had zero alcohol in them. I’m not the only one to write this exact same review, so don’t try and lie your way out of this one.
I wish I didn’t tip, but I’m not that type of person. We will never return here again. I urge you not to waste your time or money…
