Absolutely dreadful experience - I’ve been to 15+ gong cha locations so I have a reference. First, all the drinks prepared were awful. Each had something wrong - overcooked bubbles, nasty watery taste, one was SOUR (I believe the milk was bad), and my brother’s iced tea had a hair partially sealed in it.
Workers were slow and not wearing any hairnets, with one younger female worker touching her mouth, nose and phone while touching the rim of our cups. Gross! None of the drinks tasted right and my sister (the one with the sour taste) felt ill and queasy after consuming only 1/8th the drink.
Desperately requesting a refund before I contact BBB and the potentially the NJDOH or local DOH because this was actually one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at ANY store (especially factoring in the already high prices of gong cha)

The bubble tea is delicious, but I'm a little disappointed with the quality control. When I ask for very light ice in my drinks, ice is always filled to the top, resulting in a more watered-down drink. Please don't add so much ice to your drinks.
I’m a regular customer, and this is the third time I’ve come and found only one person attending, with a huge line and an estimated wait of around 40 minutes. The tea didn’t taste good — I honestly didn’t like it — and the whole experience was quite frustrating.

Cute shop! Good tea! We went in for Taro but they were out. The server recommended a lovely creme brûlée milk tea that was out of this world delicious and might be a new favorite she even recommended less sugar because it was already sweet and honestly she made the experience so great. We loved our drink and her recommendation. We’ll be back for sure!
