Very rude cashier! I went to this location last night with a friend. The cashier was busy chatting with a customer about non order related stuff and we stood there waiting for her to call us up because we didn’t wanna interrupt. When my friend tried to place an order she cut him off mid-sentence to keep talking like he wasn’t even there. I had to cut her off to place the order. If I hadn’t cut her off we probably would’ve been waiting there for longer. Very disrespectful.

Gong Cha is the best chain to get your boba and milk tea. We like to get it with less sugar so it isn’t so sweet. The drinks are expensive but worth it when you are craving a good boba.

Gong Cha is one of my favorite milk tea places. Been to this location a few times, won't be going back again. Taste is very inconsistent. Sometimes they put in too much milk, sometimes it's watery. Staff also doesn't follow directions with regards to ice and sugar levels. It's a simple drink and for what I'm paying, the least you could do is put in just little effort to get it right.
