The bubble tea is delicious, but I'm a little disappointed with the quality control. When I ask for very light ice in my drinks, ice is always filled to the top, resulting in a more watered-down drink. Please don't add so much ice to your drinks.

I’m a regular customer, and this is the third time I’ve come and found only one person attending, with a huge line and an estimated wait of around 40 minutes. The tea didn’t taste good — I honestly didn’t like it — and the whole experience was quite frustrating.

Cute shop! Good tea! We went in for Taro but they were out. The server recommended a lovely creme brûlée milk tea that was out of this world delicious and might be a new favorite she even recommended less sugar because it was already sweet and honestly she made the experience so great. We loved our drink and her recommendation. We’ll be back for sure!

Very rude cashier! I went to this location last night with a friend. The cashier was busy chatting with a customer about non order related stuff and we stood there waiting for her to call us up because we didn’t wanna interrupt. When my friend tried to place an order she cut him off mid-sentence to keep talking like he wasn’t even there. I had to cut her off to place the order. If I hadn’t cut her off we probably would’ve been waiting there for longer. Very disrespectful.

Gong Cha is the best chain to get your boba and milk tea. We like to get it with less sugar so it isn’t so sweet. The drinks are expensive but worth it when you are craving a good boba.
