When ordering a drink make sure they have every ingredient if it matters to you. If they don't they wont inform you and just leave it out and claim it doesn't matter because it adds no taste. Very childish behavior from the employees.

Gongcha is known for a great bubble tea. However, this particular location lacks quality of service, their product is consistent, which is great.However that's all. Don't expect an amazing service or helpful staff, just a consistent product with a quick service, if you have questions or need recommendations, depending on who you get either you will be assisted or not.

Love this place so much. Tons of options and it is so convenient. You can earn points, everything is fresh, and is so clean. I always go here for bubble tea. It’s in central Westfield by tractor joes which is nice. And I always go here it so delicious. I highly recommend this store. And it’s so cute inside!!! ??♥️

I use to always love the Matcha latte from gongcha. I went to the Gongcha in Westfield the other day and ordered an Matcha latte, only to receive Matcha with no milk. The older lady did not seem to care and served it to me as is. It seemed that she did not know how to make the drink. This is ridiculous!! I did not spend $7.00+ for just straight Matcha. This is unacceptable! She should be reprimanded. WOULD NOT RETURN if she is working.

Not my first time at Gongcha locations but my first and last time at this specific one. Service and hospitality from the staff was amazing but thats all I have to say that's great. Drinks were mediocre at best. Ordered a taro-strawberry milk tea with white and black tapioca and it tasted awful and my white pearls were missing. Also ordered a brown sugar milk tea that just tasted like straight milk.Don't even get me started how expensive this location is compared to the rest... NYC has cheaper prices.

Barely polite cashier and rude employee made subpar drinks for me and my friend tonight. Would not return again. Better service elsewhere. I regret not checking out the mochi donut place next door instead of here and wasting almost 10 dollars on drinks and tip.
