Broth is flavorful, but noodles aren’t fresh and texture can be mushy.

We used to go here specifically for the Bao buns and Chicks karaage which were the best items on the menu but they stopped making the chicken karaage. Will not be coming back.

I usually order from here often. I do like their ramen and driving to Westfield after work at 5pm is not an option for me so I order through DoorDash. This time I regretted not going to McDonalds instead. I just didn’t want to cook today man. The food this time was unacceptably salty. After the first bite I couldn’t even go for a second one and not that I would have gone for seconds as the saltiness hurt my throat. It was that bad. Then I called the store to let them know. The lady on the phone did not seem to comprehend what I was saying as she kept asking what was my issue. At this point I got frustrated and I asked her if she preferred me to speak Spanish which she quickly started talking to me. I don’t mind that she felt more comfortable speaking Spanish. But what I do mind is that I have to explain over and over again and you are not being understanding that I want my refund and gladly send the food back. In the end I left a review on DoorDash and now here. I did my best to call the store and let them know. I felt that calling just made it worse for me as I let my emotions get out and showed in my frustrations. I called with the intention to let them know but dealing with the customer service made me drop my cool and told her I wanted a refund and that’s it.

New location. It's a bit smaller, but the food is still excellent.

We have been going to this restaurant for 8 years but after they moved it to new location we can't sit there anymore. Place stinks, if feels like old construction it has no vibe and no atmosphere. Food feels slightly worse. I wonder if the owner wants to kill the restaurant... Just sad. Used to be the best place in vicinity.

My fiancé and I have been coming here for 6 years (since high school!) and the food and atmosphere is still excellent! We always get the vegetarian ramen and the spicy tonkotsu ramen or their sushi burritos. Delicious!!!

Vegetarian options: Their Vegetarian Ramen is to die for!!!

Recently, I started craving a sushi burrito and remembered about this spot. I also then remembered they had ramen.

Last time I went was a few years ago with my siblings. But this time I went with my friend.

The location changed which surprised me at first. Honestly the previous location had more seating room from what I can remember. However it was spacious enough where we found a table for two and no wait time. The atmosphere was nice too, pretty chill.

Now let’s get to the juicy part. We ordered spicy tonkotsu, a sushi burrito, bao buns, and a squid filled appetizer. The food was delicious! I don’t remember it being this good.

Food was so good, I’ve been getting takeout from here every Sunday for the past 3 weeks now! Definitely recommend!

Not the same when they first opened i just got a veggie ramen i got sick from the amount of sodium used to make that. Do better. Use fresh ingredients.

Found a fly in my soup. We first thought it was the little seeds in the soup until I picked it up and noticed the wings. First time having an issue with this establishment. Other than that the food is really good.

Terrible service from the person who works at the cashier at night, I went to get an order and the order was ready, I waited more than 15 minutes for him to pack it and he was talking badly to the people who were going to get orders

Worst service ever!!!! Don’t go to this restaurant. They are very unprofessional. A woman there gives attitude to delivery drivers. She sees the food is ready, I’m there waiting for 10+ minutes and she ignores me with the food ready in front of her. The woman in the evening shift at the register. So unprofessional she should be fired. This is not the first time she has done it.

Frequently order take-out from here and love the fresh quality of the poke bowls and ramen. The new location is smaller than the prior one but I find it more cozy. Adequate amount of dining space inside but I think their takeout is very popular. Deff deserves more than 4.2 rating!!

I’m surprised this place got a remodel/renovation. It looks much more modern and has several Asian themed murals (like Naruto and Doraemon).

I wasn’t too impressed with the food. I ordered a build your own sushi burrito. I got multigrain rice— something I think is rare for a poke place and it’s not extra. The protein was the spicy tuna, which was not spicy at all. I added cucumber, mango, tamago, and edamame. I chose the poke and teriyaki sauce, which I didn’t really taste. For crunch, I added tempera crunch and inspirational mix. I definitely tasted the crunch, not sure about the mix.

Overall, I felt like my sushi burrito was kind of dry and missing something to make it amazing. Inflation has really increased the price of this item as well as the food choices. The topping list is somewhat limited, and now you pay $2 extra for masago.

Everything is online so customer service was limited. There’s three kiosks on the wall to order. They now do a point reward system through Square up. After ordering, you have the option of emailing or texting your receipt. For every one dollar you spend, you get one point. The lowest reward is 45 points, and the highest one was like 195 points for a free entree I think.

Once you see the store front, you’ll notice that the space is actually split between inspiration roll and its neighbor, Buddha Fish. They share the same entrance. Once inside, there are several tables inside and bar seating by the lit up logo.

Parking except on Sundays is very difficult to find. It’s a block away from a paid parking lot if you can find a spot though.

I'll make this short and sweet. We've dined here before and always pleased previously. Unsure what happened with our delivery order today, but our broths (one curry, one original tonkatsu) were EXTRAORDINARILY SALTY. Like, offensively, absurdly salty. I can only hope and imagine that this was an accident, but after this evening's ramen experience, I don't know that I'll be ordering again anytime soon. All other ingredients were satisfying, just very disappointed in our broth experience this evening.
