Absolutely awful, 1) they keep changing their prices , you never know what the lady is gonna charge she’s a thief, she charges like 17$ for a combination platter . Most places do for 10-12$And the food isn’t worth a damn.2)The food is all the same sauce , and awful quality.3)the women is a racist , if you are Chinese or Asian she makes you better food, I’ve done the test , i have a Chinese employee whenever he orders food is always better.

The food was amazing !! Very fresh ! Everything was so tasty ! The portions were very big and Jade garden was not stingy with the food ! Great service too! Please try them ! You will love it ! Thanks Jade Garden ! :)

This place is terrible. Food was not fresh. ok the got veggie fried rice and mai fun - it was ok , but veggies were def. not fresh. the problem was the boneless spareribs - disgusting and inedible . had to throw it out ( $15). It was like eating a leather shoe doused in whatever red spare rib sauce they use .Avoid unless you don’t mind i fresh food . Saw they had fried egg rolls sitting in their soda cooler-Person just asked me to circle the menu - didn’t speak.

Gross. I got so disgusted, the women who handed me the food , her hands were dripping wet, don't know what it was but it grossed me out, the food was meh . There really are no good Chinese restaurants in the area in my opinion

The food was good. Unfortunately I was overcharged and the woman tried to tell me that the prices went up, but the menu in the website has the prices did not show an increase. So in addition to giving a nice tip I also got to pay more. I probably would not go back, but on a Monday night they’re one of the only games in town.

I specifically wanted to try this because the reviews are very bipolar, from 5 stars and 1 star.I called a take out order and the lady was very loud and interrupted me when I was spitting out my order that they are located in Westfield on North Ave. She must have said it 3 times and made sure I understood. I think she was concerned my cell # is from the hood.I ordered chicken wing with PFC, chicken and broccoli with PFC, large sesame beef, large spare ribs, wonton soup and hot and sour soup.The lady told me they would need 30 mins and I said okay. I started to head out after 15 mins and the lady calls my cell phone saying my food is ready. I couldn't stop laughing on the drive over.the food is really good for American Chinese food. the ribs were good quality meat compared to other places. the portions is also very good. only gripe about the food is the hot and sour soup was way too thick.I would definitely order from here more. I can ignore the rudeness.
After spending $65 on dinner this evening, I had to throw half of my order out. It must have been old. Lady taking orders over the phone very rude. Off my list.
