Been coming here for over 10 years. Many people ask me why go to a chain bagel store when NJ has some of the best bagels in the country. Well, first because the bagels are good and are the perfect size. This new trend of these giant bagels was never how a bagel was supposed to. Their food is fresh and really good. But lastly and most important the staff is excellent. They always take good care of you. I wish i knew all the names for appropiate shout outs but i don't. But they're all great.

Ask for a toasted bagel and it didn't come out that way when I went to pick my order up coffee was not given to me I had to ask seems like a lot of confusion

I have always had really great experiences at Manhattan Bagels in Westfield. Quick and friendly service. Food is always good. I would like to see the Turkey Thintastic back on the menu. I have tried to order it “custom” but it hasn’t been made right since it is off menu. Please add it back!!!
