No flavor at all! I got the tuna sandwich. It was so tough I thought the tuna was chicken. So dry and i added stuff onto my sandwich nothing help. Never again

Horrible. Ordered a French toast bacon egg and cheese with one egg, got three of them. Asked for extra cheese, got half a slice. Husband got a SAUSAGE egg and cheese with less egg, he got a bacon egg and cheese with 3 eggs. This is unacceptable. Making us wait for more than 20 minutes when we were the only people there? Just to get the bagels wrong. I will not be coming here again, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

I went manhattan bagel.There was the guy with eye classes.i dont his manager or not.He was rude.he acted like he doesnt care about customer.If i was his boss i wouldnt keep him there..

My wife and I stopped by this establishment this morning at 6am. I must say that this Manhattan Bagel has the most professional,courteous and one the best grill men I've ever met. I drove commercial vehicles for twenty six years!!!! Believe me I've had my share of breakfast sandwiches!!!! This morning I had the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. I had to thank the gentleman who made our sandwiches before I left! Thanks again! I appreciate you guys for your professionalism!!!!

I love Manhattan Bagel; specifically when the owner tells me he appreciates me; you rarely hear that. I appreciate that I can get my husband a vegan bagel sandwich with avocado; it's awesome to one-stop shop!!!

Kept getting my order wrong. Went home to see that they got my order wrong, went back to the store to correct it. I checked it in the car and it appeared fine but when I went back home, I found they got my order wrong again. I asked for the avocado blt (which comes with turkey bacon) and they subbed it for regular bacon. So needless to say I wasted money and about 1 hour of my time going to and from the store. After going back again, I told them what they gave me was regular bacon ( I can’t eat reg bacon for personal reasons so it’s a big deal for me) and they straight up gas lit me into saying it IS turkey bacon. Posting a picture here to show you that they’re wrong and it is regular bacon. They argued with me and then the rest of the staff ganged up on me a refused to make me a new sandwich ?. I was nothing but nice too I just wanted my sandwich made properly. So sad, and frustrating.
Update: 7/1 I see a response from the owner below and exactly! In the picture of the bacon below, you can see it has way too much fat on the sides to be turkey bacon. I’ve ordered the sandwich from other Manhattan bagel locations, and the bacon below is definitely pork. Turkey bacon has significantly less fat on the sides and doesn’t ripple on the sides due to low fat content. The bacon below is rippled. I even took a bite out of it and spit it back up which is why it’s mangled in the photo. It’s disheartening to see that this establishment is very bent on gaslighting customers instead of just saying sorry. Embarrassing.
