Such a great sushi place! They offer so many options for specialty rolls. The rolls taste great and you can always find something that matches your taste/preference. The overall atmosphere is very cozy & the booths make it easy to spend a more close-knit experience with a loved one. The staff is friendly & accommodating. The place is also BYOB. Takeout from the restaurant is really great as well.

It's not bad, but it's not what it used to be. The fish is fresh but not superb, and the rice was mediocre. Some of the cooked dishes were better than the sushi. The staff is friendly and attentive.

That's EXACTLY what the staff does HERE. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here, the SUSHI CHEFS have consistently stared at me while making derogatory remarks while I am dining with the WAITSTAFF chiming in & laughing in unison. It's UNBELIEVABLE to me that the MGMT would allow this type of horrific behavior toward their customers. I used Google translate to figure what they were saying. Sure enough, they were making all kinds of rude remarks about me. They are absolutely the RUDEST PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Went for dinner 1/12 with 3 friends. Food was excellent as usual. However had the worst service ever. Waitress was too boarded to serve us. Ordered a ginger ale. She put a can on the table and walked away. A dining companion asked for sugar for her tea. After 5 requests, she finally stopped asking. Hot sizzling plates were passed over two people to serve the other 2 people. Guess it was too far to walk to the other end of the table. Those plates were cast iron placed on wood holders and were very heavy. Was concerned that she would drop something. She cleaned the table the same way by reaching over each of us. A very unpleasant dining experience.

Cozy place, good food and friendly service. Host helped me with my dietary restrictions. I had the spider and Philadelphia rolls. Check hours of operation because they close for an hour in the afternoon.
Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor so it's easy for wheelchair access. Dining room has tables to accommodate wheelchairs and bathroom has wide doors for easy entry.

Had a great experience. First time here. My daughter and I checked out Nagoya for a quick sushi dinner. It was delicious. Sushi was fresh. Could see it being made. Service was friendly, not rushed. Got dumplings for an appetizer that were fabulous. Nice light dough outside with flavorful filling. We look forward to returning with the rest of the family.

We got the chicken teriyaki entre and a stir fry dish with chicken. The chicken teriyaki tasted like grade D chicken with no teriyaki glaze whatsoever, it was basically chicken in water and the vegetables were cold. The stir fry chicken was bland and the side of rice was half-cooked. These were pretty simple dishes and we were not expecting the type of food we received. If they want to stay in business they need to reconsider the quality of food they are serving. We threw everything out, not even saving it for the dog. I will never order/come here again. Save your money and support somewhere else in Westfield.

We have eaten here before and loved it. However this time they were understaffed and we had to wait over an hour to be served. We also noticed others coming in for takeout also had to stand around and wait for a long time. The waitress also never came by to say they're sorry for the delay nor to refill our tea or anything. The carpaccio roll was still very tasty and is my favorite. Hopefully they can fix their staffing issues soon
