We had such an amazing experience with Outta Hand yesterday. We were first time customers and ordered for delivery. We live in Edison and they mentioned it is out of their territory, but the owner himself agreed to have it hand delivered to our house. They were very punctual and refused to take any tip since he is the owner. Apart from such great customer service, the pizza we ordered tasted great. One of the best pizza experiences we had in a long time. We will certainly order from them again. We appreciate the owner’s Hospitality.
From one more small business owner to another, this is how you do it! I ran in at closing time. They had no slices left. I've been working all day and was starving. Instead of sending me away, Brent and his team asked me if I wanted a slice of the pizza they were taking home. Brent pulled out a slice for me, heated it up, gave me a bottle of water and wouldn't even charge me for it. This is what i'm talking about. They just don't make places like this anymore.Big shout out to Brent and his team. Thank you so much. I was so hungry. It really hit the spot. Please support small businesses like this, that go the extra mile!
