My order of the revet bucket and pretzel dogs were great, my concern is with watching the workers. I observed the lack of gloves being changed and no handwashing after some employees left to get smoothies and came back and just started working again. I saw noses being wiped with gloves and another employee eating while separating pretzels. Just an observation that should be attended to from an Executive Chef. 😊

Wish this store were closer to me!! Went to a BBQ and brought a Large tray of Niblets with plenty of dips. They were a hit as always.
Placed the order early the day I needed (forgot to order the day before). They were done and ready no problem!
Staff were great! Pleasant and helped me out to the car. Was a great experience! Thank you! ?

The owner and the employees are so helpful and nice. They rescued a parry order that was cancelled at another location on very short notice. Pretzel party tray was 10/10

Those pretzels are so damn good. Every single time I go to a party and there’s a tray of those miniature ones, I end up eating like twenty. Can’t get enough.

Only come to get an occasional soft pretzel in the afternoon. The pretzels are fresh and compare with any in Philly. The prices are very reasonable.

Went here for the first time this last saturday, was very pleased with the service from the workers in the front. A nice young man who was very kind. Pretzels were also very good, warm when I got them and made a great snack!Only issue I had was the man in the back of the store who was either on his phone with the speaker very loud, or yelling at one of the employees in the front for almost the entire time I was in the store.

Ordered the cheesesteak/hot dog tray and rivet tray as a snack to accompany drinks for a party. Everyone was asking where we got them! Big hit!

Pretzel platter is great for parties, but I ordered about a month or so in advance online, they immediately called me to confirm the order, reiterating the correct date that I requested online (Saturday). We go to pick up day of and they had written it down wrong in their orders for Sunday and hadn’t made the platter. They made it for us but it was very late to the party as a result. As much as I would like to order again for an event, I don’t know if it’s worth it if I can’t trust that it will actually be made for the correct date.
