I've been wanting to try Indian food for a long time, and I'm so glad I discovered this gem last year! The food is absolutely delicious, and the owners are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. I make sure to get Indian food from here at least twice a month ( because i am obsessed ) and it never disappoints. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine!

Ordered catering for 25-30 people. Nita was very helpful and made some great recommendations from the extensive catering menu. These people are pros. The food was well packaged, delivered hot and on time, absolutely exceptional and universally appreciated (by some picky eaters and curry aficionados).

Possibly the worst Indian food I've ever eaten. Even the Naan was terrible. How do you ruin Naan? This place is just awful. Avoid at all costs

Easily the most tasteless food we have had in a while. I don't know what happened but the food had no salt, pepper or any other spices. It was completely ‘tasteless’. Even my one year old baby spit out the food and he eats everything. Better off cooking at home.

solid food but i almost choked on these chunks of something they’re rock hard , but tasty food

I went to the Butter Chicken Factory recently with friends and it is safe to say I was very impressed. For appetizers I got samosas and kebab trio. The haryali chicken in particular was exceptional. The samosas paired with the green chutney and sweet chutney were amazing. The samosa was crispy and the filling was very well seasoned. My favorite item was the butter chicken and garlic naan. The chicken was very well seasoned and the gravy was phenomenal. It had the perfect amount of spice with a hint of sweetness. The owner was very welcoming and my server had a lot of decorum. Since my first visit, I have returned many times and would consider myself a regular.

Wowza! What a restaurant. Excellent food and service. The paneer maukni was excellent and had rich and creamy texture with aromatic scents. Also, the palak paneer was splendid for a dish featuring spinach it was very flavorful and delicious. However, the meat dishes were also great as the kabab trio provided a multitude of meats all with different marinations. Overall, amazing service and would recommend everyone to visit.

My boyfriend and I always come here; this is our go to spot! Their butter chicken and naan combo is the best in the area. Their butter chicken biryani is also really good. The owners are super nice too.

I recently dined at The Butter Chicken Factory in Westfield, and the highlight of the menu was undoubtedly the Butter Chicken Biryani. The flavor and blend of spices was immaculate and contrasted well with the delicious raita. They had exceptional lamb chops that are a must try, which were a perfect mix of tenderness and juiciness with perfect texture. The mint chutney that went with it was the perfect addition. The service here is 10/10 with very welcoming and accommodating owners. One of the kind owners Neeta ensured I had the best dining experience!

the food i ate here was beyond expectations. the butter chicken biryani has the perfect balance of spice and flavor in one. i would also recommend the palak chicken biryani and the lamb chops.
