Incredibly patient customer service - which is necessary when you're petty much a kid in a candy store. The hot chocolate was delicious. Nice and rich. Their selection of products was just so vast. There's nothing like being confused about which of their chocolate covered pretzels to choose from. Their white chocolate items are a hit too, Go!

We walked in and the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at us, made a finger gun, and suicided herself so to make her day easier we promptly left. I cannot speak to the quality of the products - only to the fact that we felt like too much of a bother to the girl behind the counter to actually purchase anything.

The young woman at the cash register was incredibly rude and impatient. The gelato was good, but I’d rather find a new place than deal with that again. Such a shame because it looks like a nice little spot for some after dinner dessert.

Decided to try The Chocolate Bar after dinner today. As a lover of sweets, this place was one I figured I had to try. I am honestly disappointed. Although this could be a good spot for tweens on a date or families with picky little ones, I found this place to be lacking. It does have a nice "hip, modern" ambiance to it befitting Westfields younger demographic, but that's all you'll get out of it. The staff was friendly and let us taste the ice cream. However, it was lacking and simply tasted store bought. If you're wanting to try this spot, by all means go ahead! I will however be passing up a retry! Enjoy!

We stopped in here after our date night in Westfield. We were craving gelato and I was excited that they had so many delicious flavors. They offer samples, but I decided to go for the hazelnut chocolate. It was really delicious and the girl gave me a generous scoop with my sugar cone. I didn't have any time to take a photo of my gelato as I ate it all before it melted, but it was so tasty and refreshing! The girls were working a really nice, and I would definitely return if I were in the area again! There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating to enjoy your sweet treats!

Can't speak to the chocolate because I went in for the ice cream. Staff was friendly and we got to try some flavors before ordering. The Gelato is excellent. We got the hazelnut and mint chocolate chip in large size. The lady scooping gave us strong scoops which was awesome. Def will be back to try their other flavors.Only knocked off a star because the seating area could use a cleaning and there was gnats flying about.
