A friend recommended. I went by myself and was immediately given the seat at the bar. My server was great, she was quick, friendly. The food was good. I had the beer juice and rise and shine, plus French press coffee. Everything was delicious. The pancakes were extremely soft.. Will

We came here for breakfast (as we often do), and once again it did not disappoint. We used the online waitlist and were seated right away, which made the experience even better. We all ordered specialty hot chocolates and a vanilla chai—absolutely phenomenal and such a treat. As always, the food was delicious and consistently great. It’s usually packed, but it’s easy to understand why because every visit is a wonderful experience. Shoutout to our server, Austin, who was fantastic and made our morning even better. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I want to recognize above and beyond customer service satisfaction with our server Erin and manager James. Once seated I gave Erin my Perks number and mentioned my last visit there was not updated in the app. Her manager James then came over to review my visit history. James reviewed and gave credit for that previous visit. I was very impressed and sincerely appreciated the effort by both Erin and James to address this to my complete satisfaction.

I recently dined at your restaurant with a group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by some issues with the service.
Upon arrival, our hostess informed us, with no eye contact, that we would need to wait for our entire party to arrive before being seated. When we later informed her that one member of our party would be delayed, she was unyielding, and it was only after speaking with the manager that we were allowed to be seated, as we were prepared to order our meals immediately.
However, the initial interaction with the hostess set a less-than-welcome tone, and our server later contributed to the discomfort by rushing one of our party members into ordering as soon as she sat down. I hope you'll consider my feedback as an opportunity to review and improve your service standards. I used to be a regular on Sunday mornings in the past and I was really disappointed by their service.
