It’s always a great little stop . Today I only had time for a hot chocolate ☕️ and homemade delicious blueberry 🫐 muffin .
Last month I had the veggie burger and fries . Delicious
Thank you

Parking: The bakery across the street is delicious 😋 also .

This is a great NJ Diner experience with a real 50s diner style decor. Friendly and reliable service. Good food with generous portions. I had a "triple S," Soup, (1/2) Sandwich and Salad. It was a fine combination at a great price.

The food used to be good these days, now since the old host owner retired. The food is slightly OK but can improve.

It was was our first time in Westfield . My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves there. Vickys Has a really cool spot. My wife and I noticed the restaurant right away. They have a really cool throwback atmosphere inside and out. We thought it was really neat. The Hostess was really nice too, she was.sure to let us know of the specials available.
My wife ordered a Broccoli omelette, and I ordered the pastrami and rye melt. I ordered the pastrami because I love how Jersey does pastrami on rye. It's one of my favorite things to get when I can. However the pastrami I got seemed to not be fried, my guess it was.microwaved, boiled, or just sat in something like a streno pan for a few hours. The pastrami was poorly seasoned. The rye was toasted in a toaster it seems, not on a flat top grill with oil or butter. The swiss was about 3/4 melted . The fries were not good enough on there own to eat without ketchup. My wife's omelette was soggy in the center and wasn't seasoned.
I told my wife that I just felt like I ate a plate of disappointment. I was really looking forward to a great sandwich, ya know the ones where the sandwich is so melty, meaty and big that it's difficult to keep it all together? Yeah it wasn't the case here. It's probably a cool place to hang out for coffee and pie. I mean it is a neat place and the owners should be congratulated for how they keep the place up, especially the street side of the restaurant. The place just pops and glistens in the sun. But the food left me wanting to eat some where else just so I could wash the experience from memory.
I think they can do better. I hope they do. A cool place like that deserves food that can be remembered for the right reasons.
Please Vickys , do better! Id love to come back!

16 bucks for 2 small eggs, pancakes, sausage and coffee. You call it a super deluxe breakfast??? Seriously???? What planet do you live on??? Every restaurant I've been to gives you at least home fries with a "super deluxe". So I complained about the volume of the breakfast for 16 bucks and asked if it comes with home fries which most do. Nope from the waitress with an attitude of it is what it is. So I ask for a side of homes fries. Knowing I'd pay more, but it doesn't matter at this point. $4.50 for a coaster size amount of home fries. I NEVER EVER leave reviews but had to this time. Absolutely ridiculously horrible portions for the price. I will never ever be returning here again. I've been here a few times before and never expected to come across this. Feel pretty cheated.

gary begary
