During these times of Covid -19 it is very important to support local business however this place which goes by the name of Prohibition needs a serious customer service overhaul. We were a party of 8 and had an 8:00 pm reservation. We wound up waiting over 20 minutes to get seated which was amazing because they were busy but not that busy. We were asked if we wanted a drink and we were wondering where we were going to enjoy them as we were in the sidewalk. Our waitress was nice and cordial. We ordered several appetizers and a round of drinks. The apps were small, cold and underwhelming. This place had a hard time just to make a simple margarita and messed up our drink order. We waited over 75 minutes for our order that never came and just 1 round of drinks. During that time we should have had 2 rounds of drinks easy. One of the waitresses came by and grabbed my glass with her bare hands while it was clear that I wasn't finished with my drink which left me speechless. We asked for the manager and the check because our 8 entrees never came. As we were explaining to the manager that the service was extremely slow a couple of the entrees started to arrive. We refused and paid a little over $150 to leave hungry. The manager didn't seem the urge to keep our business by comping us a round of drinks or anything even after we told her that the food sucked. She kept on explaining to us that our entree order was entered 30 min ago, almost blaming us for leaving. So it took 30 min to enter in our order while other tables were getting prompt service...not bad. What also bothered us was that other tables were getting attended to in a better fashion. It is clear that this place is not ready for prime time as their bathrooms aren't even done. Our check would have been over $500 easily. What restaurant in their right minds during these trying times would turn that business away.....Prohibition will and did.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we felt good. The food was just great. We loved this spot very much and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.

The atmosphere? The service? The food? Everything is wonderful. The fish and avocado sandwich is so delicious but so is the jirachi burger! My new go-to place for drinks, meet friends or dinner and a movie next door. So glad I live in Westwood ❤
