I had a remarkable experience thanks to the team at Bon. The quality of the fish is something I wanted to explicitly comment on. The quality is on par with cuisine you would find in Japan. You could tell that every piece was given an extreme amount of care by the chefs. I highly recommend coming here for dinner because I'll be taking advantage of their lunch specials.

My family and I try to make it to BON at least once a week, that's how much we love it here. After moving from New York, we had a tough time finding sushi in New Jersey that lived up to our expectations. Then BON came along, and we were hooked. The fish is always fresh, and the flavors are great. The staff are so kind and attentive, making each visit feel welcoming and relaxed. It's easily one of our favorite spots, and we recommend it to everyone we know.

I had an outstanding dining experience at Bon Restaurant in Westwood, NJ. From the moment I walked in, the place felt warm, welcoming, and well put together. The interior has a clean, modern look that's both comfortable and refined. Every dish was perfectly prepared — fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and great presentation. You can tell the chef really knows what he's doing and takes pride in every detail. The omakase and special dishes were especially impressive....
