Had the best Greek lemon chicken soup ever!!! And I have tried a lot! Wonderful bargains at lunch, food was delicious!!
So this is NOT Pastissio this is meat and pasta with red sauce (that’s more Italian) on it. True Pastissio has bechamel on top (Greek). It’s not to horrible but won’t be going here any more. If you want Traditional Green food go to Greek Village where you will get it.
Disgusting back kitchen and super cheap owner. Do not understand how this restaurant is still in business. They had ants in the soda machine while I was working there it was a general health crisis. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY
This new George’s is terrible! Service is awful, manager us inattentive as is the wait staff. They sit in a booth in the back and never look up. Today breakfast took Uber 45 minutes and I still do not have one. We have tried twice since this new change over.
Loved the waiters, I think his name was Jon, gave me such a good dining experience!
I loved the experience, Jon is an esteemed waiter, LOVED THE FOOD, great experience and atmosphere!
The greek salad is my fav! Highly recommend
Great espresso and dessert!
The greek salad is amazing! I love their food.
Sometimes really good. Not always constant.

After reading previous reviews, my partner and I were very nervous. We ordered 2 chicken gyros and we were pleasantly surprised. They were perfect; the chickens flavor was on point, fries were crunchy but soft in the inside. We really liked it!
Excellent breakfast; nice wait staff
My coworker and I placed an order and was told the food was still the same as the original restaurant It's Greek to Me. They changed the name and unfortunately the food is not the same. The Gyro smell bad, the fries were nasty, and I asked for a sprite and got something completely different...... Sorry!!!!
The food here is subpar and I am being nice. This does not hold the same quality of Englewood, Ridgewood or the Fort Lee location. Ordered the $24 orzo steak salad and had undercooked steak, the orzo sits on top of the arugula. The rice gets all the dressing and the arugula underneath is bone dry. Oil soaked French Fries was the topping on the cake. Avoid at all costs.
Dinner arrived as promised and promptly tonight from Its Greek to Me in Westwood. It was piping hot, double wrapped in foil so as not to leak! It was so delicious, it hit the spot. We enjoyed the Spanakopita. The stuffed peppers were excellent. The Moussaka was just like my Papou’s! We ordered the grilled chicken over spinach as well. The chicken was tasty and moist. The portions are so generous. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s leftovers!!!!!
