Great experience!! The service was amazing and fast, and the front staff employee was very helpful and thoughtful! He helped us through the menu and placed our order. We ordered the Austin (brisket) rice bowls and it was super delicious! The beef was tender and flavorful, a great combo with the other ingredients. Highly recommend and thank you for your great work!
The absolute best! I have been to Kimchi Smoke at its old location years ago before relocating to Florida. What a delicious unique blend of Korean and BBQ foods. I can’t find it elsewhere. Owner Robert Austin Cho is great and uses his creative thinking to create menu items. When I took a Memorial Day Weekend trip back to my Bergen County hometown, it was so nice to visit again, and reunite with Mr. Cho - and Gerald the employee is a nice hard worker in the restaurant who knows...
Friendly staff! Nice portion size! I got the BBQ sampler. Came with 2 ribs and brisket with Cajun fries and corn bread.
Couple takes on this! Awesome flavor however, what would really make this really pop as a BBQ dish with the brisket served with that awesome kimchi BBQ sauce either lathered on it or served with a side of it...Living in the south and smoking briskets with my fam for reference is that you gotta make sure that brisket comes with a great sauce!...
