This has to be the slowest starbucks store I ever been! They are robots and the one girl that doesn't stop talking while slowing down on service

Hit or miss. No consistency. Spend 10-20$ and never the same. And some works need attitude adjustments

I was here.a month ago and the iced macha with strawberry cold foam on top was made so good and I come all the way here from ten miles away to get their cold macha because they are very very good here! Ty to the staff on that made it that day it was on a Sunday I’m sorry forgot the name!

Not sure what happened to this place but it's a nightmare took 30 minutes to get a simple skinny vanilla latte and that's with no one else online inside the store. Couldn't help to notice. It was filthy behind the counter. Yes they're underhanded, but the drive-through is going in reverse....

I'm confused as to how they confuse "sweet vanilla cold foam" for whipped cream on my in store pick up order for a Cafe Latte? It's an iced coffee. Who puts whipped cream on an iced coffee? This is actually the second location that has done this. I'm not able to get a new one as I had it picked up and brought to me. And might I add that the sweet vanilla cold foam is an extra charge. There isn't even an option to add whipped cream in the customize section, because it's a COFFEE. Idk if they think you won't notice, or they're just too lazy to make it or what. Either way, let's not be charging people extra for something and then proceed to not give them what they paid extra for. If you don't have it, thats fine! Don't put anything on it and let just let me know that. But it's not cool to be doing that. Especially not when its happened at different locations. Not cool.

The customer service here is horrible I do Uber eats and doordash and everytime I pick up an order from here it takes forever and I just waste my time I don’t care how far backed up you are they are consistantly bad at there job and slow never picking up an order from here again.

Never posted a review in my life. I usually visit another Starbucks bc they are open later and I come in to study so I’m in the store for hours. The service is minimal and impersonal regardless of my frequent visits. Today I came to Westwood and the employees were exponentially happier, attentive with excellent customer service. Specifically Rupak. He was friendly to every customer, held the door for a customer carrying a large order, patiently reviewed products to another with many questions regarding different coffees. I felt like I was sitting in a privately owned establishment. So rare and so very appreciated.

Was handed a coffee where the lid was not on right and the top edge of the cup was bent. When I accepted the coffee and was going to place it in my cup holder, the cup bent, the lid fell off and the coffee spilled all over myself and my newly detailed interior. Not the way to start a day especially on the way to an appointment. Now $$ for coffee and detailing.

Drinks are always inconsistent. One time I decided to say something and I got the biggest attitude. Also the female employees are very rude and not hospitable at all. You walk in there as a customer and never get treated or a friendly hello. Also they work so slow!
