Great service, delicious food, attentive staff. Cant wait to go back! One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The crispy cauliflower appetizer is one of the best dishes I have ever eaten! Must try it!
This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Bergen county! The food is consistently delicious. My favorite is the appetizer tamarind eggplant. It is vegetarian with eggplant and chickpeas. It has a little bit of spicy and is so creamy. For entree I normally get the tikka with shrimp or lamb. I always ask for it spicy because I like the heat! Their naan is a must! We just had take-out from Downtown Dhaba, this is not our first visit, but we had not been in a while, most of our choices were good, Garlic naan, papadum, chicken vindaloo, tamarind chicken and aloo gobi , we did not enjoy the spicy mango pickle, very salty, inedible, whatever solid pieces in there were very hard and impossible to chew as if it was all peel, I will not order this again.I also find it's on the pricey side.
