I have been a customer for years, always friendly, always warm and inviting when I go in to this location. It is a place where the drinks are on point, the food is delish, and everyone knows your name. I loved it so much I recently joined the team as a partner. Starbucks Coffee Company has a barista named Dora, whose consistently cheerful and positive demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere. The iced macha with strawberry cold foam on top was made so good, and the cold macha is very very good. However, one customer ordered a Grande Blonde Vanilla Latte, HOT under the HOT section, but was given iced instead and could not drink it. The food was fine, but the coffee order was messed up.
