I recently hosted a 50th birthday dinner at Tavern @ Iron Horse and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The general manager, Jackie Russ, was an absolute standout. She went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect, from coordinating the menu to making sure every detail was exactly as we had envisioned. Service was very slow and the restaurant was not busy at all. The food was just ok and the manager and one of the bus boys together were talking to one of the tables most of our 1 + hour visit. He probably should have been making sure the restaurant was running better.
