Tried it first time today, purchased beef and sausage. Wanted chicken as well but they did not have any left. I would say beef was my favorite for the texture, a bit salty but it did emphasized the bread aftertaste. Sausage was okay for me, flavor and texture kinda blended, hot sauce not good only if you put a drop else it overwhelms, add sour cream is a great add to mix with the potato.
I drive periodically to this place from 75 miles away (90 minutes) just to buy 10 or so frozen pasties and get whatever cooked one they have ready to eat on my way back along with a drink.
My family loves this place and I try to introduce these to friends all the time.
