I stopped at Mimi’s on my way back to NC last month on 10/29/23. I am originally from NJ and wanted to take home bagels since I haven’t been able to find a really good bagel spot in NC. This space was cozy and warm and smelled so good! The staff/owner was attentive and friendly. I ordered a bagel with pastrami and egg and assorted bagels to take home. The bagels were huge, fresh and absolutely delicious! I remember thinking that day as I walked to my car that I should go...
I was on my way back to the Poconos from a stop in NJ and I was hungry. Normally through my TikTok channel or website I receive many suggestions of places to try but for the town of Whippany which I was near at the time, not much was there. I decided to jump on google/yelp and do a little research and I saw a photo of a sandwich I needed in my life. I then immediately went to Mimi's Too and showed them the image and said "make me whatever this is".
