I can’t say one bad thing about this restaurant - the food, the service, even the greeting at the front door was all great. As soon as my friends and I walked in we felt comfortable. We shared eggplant rollatini and bruschetta to start, and each had pasta dishes (chicken parm & lasagna) for our main entrees. We each brought half our dinners home so we could share a dessert :) which was also wonderful (fresh baked chocolate chip cookie in a cast iron pan with ice cream). We WILL be back. This place is a gem!

We’ve been to Carlucci’s a couple times with friends and it was a good experience. We decided to have our company holiday dinner here, so we secured the private party dining area. Unfortunately a few people from our group couldn’t make it so Carlucci’s asked to move us into another room. We agreed, but did not realize we were being moved to the main dining area. Which wasn’t a problem except our view was that we were paying a per head cost which included the private setting. With this, we could have just let everyone select their own dishes in the main dining hall, ordered some appetizers and desserts…and the cost would have been much less.
The previous two times we were here with friends, the food was good. But the party buffet food that we received for our company outing definitely didn’t match our previous experience. It was “ok” at best.
When the desserts came out, they gave us disposable plastic plates and plastic forks to eat them with. For the price we paid per head, you’d think we can at least enjoy desserts on nicer table settings. First world problems, but we’re also paying for a rewarding experience for our employees who have worked hard.
The owner and the staff are incredibly nice. I just think the management could have been much more favorable for paying customers.
We won’t using Carlucci’s for any of our future company outings.

I had an very enjoyable dinner at Carlucci’s with friends recently. The Greek salad had the perfect dressing, and the Volcano Shrimp that I ordered was perfection. Add that to BYO option and a great atmosphere and you will not be disappointed!
We had a rehearsal dinner at Carlucci's in Whitehouse Station on Friday. Everything was fantastic! We reserved the private room. Karina helped us decorate and kept our beer cold until it was time for dinner. We chose fried calamari, bruschetta, and zucchini rolls as appetizers. Awesome! The chicken parmesan, penne primavera, and spaghetti with meatballs were delicious. Desserts were limoncello cake, cannoli, and chocolate cake. The food was served family style so everyone was able to try different items, which was a big hit. Karina was a wonderful waitress and took very good care of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
