“How have I never reviewed a place that I have been going to for YEARS?! Honestly the best ice cream around. I know many have their own opinions on other places within a good radius of Polar Cub, but nothing has ever topped them and I have been to them all! Good price, good portion sizes. I even used to get extras for the dogs (when I had dogs). Nice little seating area as well. My preference here is definitely a good strawberry sundae with Soft Vanilla Ice Cream. Not sure what they do with that, but it tastes amazing. The only downsides I can think of are the parking situation. If it's a busy day, expect to park on the side of Rt. 22. Also, it's cash only.. so be ready with cash on hand! Othe than that, it's a perfect little place!”

“Owners and staff are always sweet. Small town vibes at the register. They will talk with you like a real person and will happily make your order the way you ask.Sandwiches and slices of pizza are always on point. You know how every place has their own style? Well, I like theirs. The ratios of dough, sauce, and cheese are how I like it.The bread on the sandwiches is always fresh and soft and tasty.Catering prices aren't outrageous, either.Oh, and they do their own deliveries for those averse to the outrageous markups for the door dash, etc. (I'm guessing local/close delivery only, but still. They get major points for that from me!)”

“My fiance brought me here for the first time and I LOVED it. Who knew this cute spot was right off 22! I had a delicious latte with turmeric and mocah I think. We bought some biscotti and a savory ham and cheese croissant ?. It was a little pricey, we spent close to $50.”

“Good Italian classics in a nice, new premise. Some things can use improvement: Volcano shrimp was tasty although the ratio of 7 shrimp to an extremely large bed of mashed potatoes was disappointing. The chicken parm dish comes with a side of penne vodka which I thought was nice although it was very light in color and tasted different than penne vodka dish also ordered. Finally there was a ring around the toilet bowl in the ladies room, making me ponder the cleanliness of the establishment as a whole? Also this is a BYOB!”

“I've been ordering takeout here for years since I was back in middle school. 10/10 recommend them as a spot for reasonably priced, quality, and legitimately delicious Chinese-American food. They do a great job with their dishes and unlike other Chinese-American spots, they use a perfect amount of oil!”

“Run of the mill Subway. I took my daughters here for a nice lunch. I had the Garlic chicken sub and it was good and fresh. We were the only ones eating here so it was a nice quiet lunch. The music option was hard rock for some odd reason but it wasn’t too loud.”

“The weather was nice today. Sun was out, the sunroof was open. Went for a drive with my niece and stopped in to Sweet Parlor Ice Cream Shop in Hilllsborough for some sweet treats. I had not been through Hillsborough in a while and decided to check out was was new in town to me. This place was great! They had some unique offerings that I took an interest in immediately. We decided to try the U-Be My Bae Sundae and the Sweet Tea Bubble Waffle Sundae. They looked great, and more importantly tasted even better! Not overly sweet and the different textures of crunch, creamy, and soft bites were all present and quite pleasant. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Thank you Sweet Parlor for tending to my craving!”

“Oh man, this neighborhood really needed a cute little coffee shop! I went here with a couple of friends and we were immediately greeted by the exuberant owner. I wasn’t expecting much (because admittedly I’m a coffee snob) but I was blown away! The coffee was delicious! And the place was so much cuter than expected. I’ll be back for more delicious hot beverages!”

“Food: my food was great with one exception, the bun! Was it stale? It might have been unless the bun textures have changed since I last consumed it not too long ago! Service: it is very friendly and welcoming. They are attentive as well. Value: it was reasonable. If you are getting drinks you may end up paying more than $50 per person for dinner. Parking: this is an old bank so ample parking around it. Notables: the old vault is not a dining room, you can probably reserve it for special occasions. There was also an unidentified smell in the restaurant. It was not pleasant to me but my wife did not seem to notice.”

“Came here for a quick pit stop to try out the famous cider place. Their cider was so crisp and flavorful, wanted to try all of them! Was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, Doggo and kids friendly, they have heating outside which was nice”

“I don't give reviews often, but this place is every bit of 5 stars in my opinion.The restaurant is very humble in appearance and the food is absolutely amazing. The guacamole is fresh and delicious. The steak is grilled and seasoned perfectly as not to ruin the flavor of the steak. The same can be said for the chicken. If you're the type that has to slather meat in some type of sauce; then you obviously know nothing about good food and should probably continue to the McDonald's down the road. The food at Lucia and Gretel's is top notch and does not need to be tampered with. I cannot recommend this place enough.... oh... and the prices are pretty reasonable too.”

“We had an amazing meal at AMA tonight. Sat at the bar and was able to chat with the owner. He told us about growing up in Italy and how he worked to renovate the restaurant himself.Everything we had was delicious. Arancini, Parma pizza, Cacio e Pepe, and homemade lemon gelato.The outside seating is gorgeous in the warm weather. Highly recommended!”

“3/18/24 - My wife and I had lunch at Agave today. We've driven by often but this was our first visit. We parked out front but there appears to be parking around back too. My wife ordered the chicken tostada and I ordered the Impossible Burger. Both were fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will be back.”
