Hubby and I dined at Cavu last week (9/7-9/10) several times while we were staying at the Pan American hotel. Our first meal was dinner after traveling in from out of town. Cause is a nice modern looking restaurant within the Pan American hotel. It also has an outdoor area overlooking the pool, which is where we sat. We shared the Cavu salad which was very good and generous. For dinner I had the chicken breast. They should have provided a steak knife as it was tough. It came with asparagus which the chef apparently doesn't know how to prepare as the tough portion of the stalks were left on. The service was attentive but stiff. We were not comfortable...
