It's nothing like a real bagel shop. The food is downright disgusting in fact. You're better off going to Wawa.

I don't know whether the woman in there owns the place or just runs it but she needs a serious attitude adjustment. While ordering my coffee (which she made seem like an inconvenience to them considering they were closing in 30 minutes) she proceeded to yell at an elderly woman for taking down a chair that was on top of the table to sit and get out of the heat. She then huffed and puffed back to the counter and angrily announced the woman's order three times because it was taking her a moment to get up and walking (she was elderly). I would not recommend this place even if it was the last place on earth to eat and while I'm at it it takes them about 20 minutes to spread butter on a bagel.

The everything bagel didn't have enough seasoning to be an everything bagel. Toasted? Forget about it, try soggy and not toasted. The bagel had no flavor, and I was burping it up for two days. Go somewhere else.

The cashier was really stupid. It cost us $95.82 Canadian for 2 bagels, a coffee and 3 chicken wraps. The cashier automatically tips herself 25% if you don't check the Interac terminal. Also, no price is displayed on the menu. And all that served in 37 minutes..... The tables were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves. I find it appalling for the price paid.

I was fooled by the NY style bagels sign. Also, the service was not worth the 10% tip left by accident.

Ordered a chocolate chip muffin and 2 bagels with cream cheese. The muffin and bagels were super dry and did not have enough cream cheese, however the blueberry cream cheese did taste very good. I didn’t rate lower because the 2 ladies behind the counter were very thorough and nice. If your looking for a quick grab for breakfast, this is not it.

Good food but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT ORDER HOT FOOD, ordered simple omelette and they took over 30 minutes to get it out. Same thing with the lady before me who got a steak wrap. Horrible wait time for simple food.

I highly recommend their bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel! They are delicious and mouth watering! The bagel is crunchy but soft inside, and the eggs and cheese melts as you take a bite. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thank you!!
