Service was not good. The person taking orders had a hard time understanding English. Pretty important skill to have when working at a boardwalk in New Jersey.

Good location. Right on boardwalk .. very close to water parks and the northern side of wildwood beach . Yeah . Parking is crazy ! Not free too.z I paid about 4$ … tough to get parking on a busy day .
Service was slowwwwwww.. being in such an important location and so much crowd, I couldn’t believe there were only 3 employees working . I’m not blaming the kids working there but I blame the management for short staffing and making the customer experience bad ! Took us about 20-25 mins to get our order .. Coolata was good . Coffee was average . Hash browns were good . We also got donuts and it was good .. food was good but the overall experience was bad . I’m still giving it a 3 star (and not 2) - just for those hardworking kids ..

Horrible service. Employees treated my family like we were bothering them. Management was utterly rude to my wife in front of my kids. Very poor training. I will never step foot in that business again. We're long time Wildwood fans and will walk right past that business moving forward. 2402 Boardwalk 08260 wildwood nj.

No chocolate munchkins at 8am on a Wednesday. They missed cold foam on my drink and the two other customers before us. Waited 25 mins for a cold brew (which requires no actual brewing, just pouring in a cup. The hash browns machine caught on fire with no immediate attention by associates. There was a visible flame which made the store stink. This location does not accept rewards or online ordering. Do better Dunkin.

Its dunkin on the boards, problem is the staff dont really understand english that well yet..so its a bit hard to order and the line moves very slow compared to the stores back home,which is not great in the morning when u really need ur coffee fix, they need a good mngr to retrain the staff in efficiency to get thise lines moving at a nirmal pace, other than that its the usual dunkin menu.

My avocado toast was not toast just cold soggy bread. The hash browns aren’t seasoned like every other dunkin I’ve ever been to. My refresher was good but my friend and I got the same thing but mine was 2 dollars more. Another customer ahead of us was complaining because they dropped his donut on the floor and still gave it to him.
Compared to the other Dunkin’s on the boardwalk, this is the BEST ONE. It was so clean, coffee came out quick and GOOD.

This is by far the slowest DD I've ever visited. Yes, it might of been on the board walk but man the employees only had one speed. Extra slow. I think a sloth can run a 5k faster than the service here. I had to leave, almost a half hour in and I think I saw 3 coffees and sandwiches go out the door. They need to train the employees how to work at a better pace to get better service. Food services 101. One bad review can cause 10 people not to go, but one good review can get 100 in the door. I will never visited this DD ever again if I was dying of thirst.
