Three out of 5 trips to this McDonald's I have received the incorrect food using the mobile app to order. Customer service is horrible as they say the restaurant will contact you to make it right but they never do.

Used to be good, but not anymore. always screwing up orders and mumbling. Idiots from the top down. They need to clear house and start again. It's worth going off the island just to avoid being annoyed.

I pull up to the speaker, I say I want a #5 with a Dr. Pepper & BBQ sauce. Simple you'd think. I get everything but the fries. Last time I checked when you get a meal fries come with it. It's been this way since way before any of them have been working there. Sure let's pay more than $10 an hour but can't do simple things.
