This is an annual event in North Wildwood. Teams come from near and far to compete in the championship. There are opportunities to become a judge and taste all of the competitors food for a fee as a class has to be taken first. Loads of previous winners have stands set up selling all manner of BBQ and also vendors of all sorts with BBQ related wares.
