Our stay at the oceanic was short and disgusting pubic hairs on the comforters bugs in the sink and a big stain on the comforter I called to report it to the manager and all I got was a thank you for the call. I will be showing pictures.

All the people that work here are super nice and helpful. Wish I could leave a great review but the rooms are terrible. Only 1 end table even though there's plenty of room for 2. Only a Ceiling light, no table or floor lamps. Shower took forever to drain. Refrigerator but no microwave. Carpets are super worn and look filthy. Honestly it's like a jail cell. Bathroom was newly renovated and view is great. We definitely won't stay here again. We'll be back for pool & tiki bar and that's it. Very disappointing.

Half remodeled hotel. Remodeled rm was very nice. Some older features around the hotel. Swim up tiki bar was nice but tight hrs.

More of a 3.5. The room is good for what it is a bed and a bathroom with a view of the pool. Sheets were a little dirty and stained but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The best part of this hotel is the location, right across the street from the boardwalk and beach, it's about a 1 minute walk from the front steps to the boardwalk. Would recommend for their cheap rates and great location šš»

me and my boyfriend stayed there friday - sunday. we never been to this hotel before but unfortunately we didnāt like it. the location is 10/10. it was perfect. we hardly drove. we were able to talk to the boardwalk we loved the location. but the hotel? iām sorry but itās dirty. thereās a bunch of stains on the carpet , the wall , the sheets & blankets. there was literally mold on the sheets. the bathroom layout is kinda weird for the toilet. the towels had other peoples hairs on them.. it was so gross. we werenāt in the room much but it just felt dirty.
I booked straight through their website & the pictures were very misleading! The pictures made it look like there was 2 separate rooms in one, which is why I was willing to pay $500 more for it compared to the cheaper booking I had already but cancelled it āassumingā I was getting more space. I paid over $300 for a deposit & then another 1200 plus in cash when we got there. The room was so tiny, with 2 queen beds & sofa bed smushed into one little room! 1 chair for the table, if the sofa bed was pulled out, you couldnāt even get to the kitchen, & the room stunk like an ashtray! There were no dressers to unpack clothes & no balcony or anything to hang wet clothes! I was so upset, damn near in tears! I went to request for my cash back & they could keep my $300+ deposit, but I wanted all my cash back & that I wanted to go elsewhere. The person in charge argued with me that I did get what was pictured & that I āassumedā there was separate rooms. When I showed him the pictures, he told me I assumed. In the pictures there was a tv in front of the sofa bed & one in front of the beds. The room had 1 tv & whoever was sitting on the couch couldnāt watch tv. But after arguing for over 5+ mins he eventually said ā fine, Iāll give it back to you if you leave right now because Iām getting annoyed ā & I hurried up to get all of our bags. Which we actually had put onto a luggage rack to bring upstairs in the elevator & the elevator only went to one side of the building, so we still had to pick up everything to bring upstairs the other side. Topping it off with the parking being like 2 blocks away! So they got me for over $300 but it was well worth it to get the heck out of that cubicle! I would never recommend this place to anyone! The only nice thing about the place was the lady at the front & the bathroom in the room was decent.

We recently stayed at the Oceanic in an ocean view room with a balcony. The balcony was facing the convention center, and had a great view of the boardwalk and beach. Location wise it was great, loud but still good location. The room itself was disgusting. When we arrived the bedding was dirty. We ended up not using their pillows, and we did not sleep in the bedding at all. The floor had what looked to be vomit stains on it, the floorboards were covered and filthy. There was dried boogers with hair in it along the doors. The chain lock did not work at all, it was painted over so many times we couldnāt fit the lock in to even lock it. There was black mold spots above the shower in the bathroom. The staff was great, but the overall filth and lack of cleanliness really ruined the whole experience.

Great location! Needs to update the flooring, not clean. Beds were great! No dressers to put clothes. Bathrooms were nice and new! Lady who checked us in was very nice!
