Rooms: Clean and cozy, and if you need room service, the girls come by in the afternoon. Nothing to complain

Nearby activities: Crossing the track we are already at the beach, there is a cafe in the resort itself on both sides, there are shops for renting bikes so you can go to the parks in peace.

Safety: Covered garage, safes in the room. Someone is always watching in addition to the external cameras.

Wonderful view! Direct access to the beach, family atmosphere, clean and airy. It's been incredible and spending my birthday here is fantastic!

Nearby activities: Close to everything you want in Willwood to have fun and have incredible days.

Safety: There are even safes in the rooms for more security for those who need it.

Walkability: Super affordable, staying here is enough, but going for a walk is also part of it and everything is close to the place.

Food and drinks: I like some things on the menu, but I prefer rich homemade food. There are even kitchens in the rooms for those who prefer to make their own food. I loved

My family and I love this hotel. We have been coming here for a few years now. The rates are reasonable, and management and staff are friendly and helpful. I love the calm and quietness of the hotel and the area. They have a large pool and a wonderful large deck area. We always get an ocean view room, and it has beautiful views!

We have stayed at the Olympic Island for the past three years. Every time has been a great experience.

The Staff is great. The rooms are tidy and well equipped. The pool is a great size and clean. The views and short walk to the beach are unbeatable. There is also a nice little breakfast / lunch spot on the bottom floor as well.

Can't beat this for a perfect beach vacation. Close enough to walk to the Boardwalk, but also far enough where it is quiet.

Look forward to coming to the Olympic Island in a few weeks!

This place was a GOD SENT. I had a terrible experience with a prior hotel. Expedia was able to move my booking here as I was down there for the music festival for 5 days. The manager/owner was fantastic. After hearing what I dealt with in regards to the other hotel, he put a rush on my room to speed up the cleaning so I could check in. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The rooms were spotless smelled wonderful and on top of it, it’s a non smoking facility so no need to smell the younger crowds habits (loved that). From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly smiling and they even helped me bring all of my stuff to the room. They were patient with me (as I was angry at the previous hotel) the manager checked in with me numerous times to ensure my vacation was a better experience with them. The windows that over look the ocean were spotless & beautiful. The pool and outer area of it was clean and organized. Two grills were available for use as well. All in all, I WILL be booking here again. Thank you for all of your patience and the wonderful service. It was a pleasure.

Our family has been coming to this hotel for many years and we have never been disappointed. Location is unbeatable... (right across from the beach).... Service is dependable.. (they go out of their way to fix things immediately if something goes wrong) and it is maintained clean. The few times we had issues, they go out of their way to make it right. This year, their elevator broke down before we checked in and they had extra hands ready to help us unload and bring things into the rooms. They apologized for the inconvenience,,, but that is the only negative here this year.... not bad at all. Full kitchenette to make meals, and you will be hard pressed to find another property here at WildWood Crest that is cheaper or has any better accommodations. Great pool for kids and adults and a beautiful view too!

My family (immediate and extended) has been coming here every summer for over 40 years. We have always been treated very well, the view is amazing, right at the beach, and just a half mile easy walk to the boardwalk. The housekeeping staff work hard to keep things clean: daily cleaning rooms and changing out dirty towels for clean ones. My most recent experience was this summer when, upon arriving, I saw that the elevator was broken. I went down to the office to see if someone could help me bring up my luggage, and immediately the guy who was down there stopped what he was doing and helped me carry my luggage up. I recommend this resort for your family vacation!

Our family has been staying here for several decades. The views of the beach and ocean are great. The elevated pool allows you to swim and still enjoy the view. The staff has always taken great care of us which is why we return year after year. They have put a lot of money into the hotel updating it in recent years. We really appreciate our relationship with the staff and ownership. Give Dave a call at the front desk. He will take care of whatever you need.

Very bad management and staff talk to us in bad manner, disrespectful people. We booked in advance an oceanfront room for 350 per night when we arrived we checked in they gave us the room on the 3rd floor we paid the balance so they said that they will send a text message when the room is ready, we got me message at 2 pm that the room is resdy, when we got to the front the desk to picked un the keys, the rude and unpolite manager Dave ! Told us that they assigned us the 1st floor because another family requested the rooms in the 3rd floor, so I complained that they can not change our room room on the 3rd floor after it was assigned to us and paid when we checked in at 11.30am so , he got so upset!! He said Im not giving you the room He said that he refunded the money to my credit card!! and he didn't gave us the room, we had to go to look for a hotel, when I checked my online banking I noticed that he never refunded the money to my credit card!! I had to call my credit card company to inquire for the money.

We decided to come to Wildwood for the July 4th of July weekend. We have a person in our group that has special needs. The staff was extremely accommodating and caring. We really appreciated their kindness. We have pool and beach views. It’s very family friendly. They recently renovated the rooms with LV flooring. The sofa bed was very comfortable. You have a full size fridge and a small kitchenette. We are enjoying our time greatly.
