It had always been on my summer bucket list to try a lobster roll... and thanks to my discovery of this place, I had such a great experience! I had the classic roll which is served cold, with mayo on it. The bun was so buttery and perfectly toasted, and the lobster was delicious and tender. $20 for meat that looked and tasted like surimi. Obviously it's mostly claw meat but ours didn't look like lobster. I went to culinary college in Baltimore so I've seen some lobster meat in my career. It wasn't bad just my impression at the Wildwood store and the Cape May store the product seems different. If it is done right it's a great refreshing meal.
Strait forward lobster place. Lobster seems fresh.
I paid $19 dollars for some lobster on a hot dog bun that's the size of my finger.
