We went here for the first time on a Friday night in March. The restaurant was practically empty with only 5-6 other tables at 7pm which made us a little worrisome. I started with the octopus appetizer that I figured would be good at a Greek themed restaurant. It was good but could have had some charring. It was pricey for the small piece. My wife had the grilled artichokes which were really good. Both served with the classic Greek styled lemon sauce. For the entrees my wife ordered the Crab Gnocchi which was delicious and a nice size portion. The gnocchi were very light. I ordered the lamb chops which were five perfectly grilled chops with a nice char and medium well. This came with roasted potatoes and asparagus. The only thing it was lacking was some kind of sauce. It didn't really need it but it would have been a nice addition. For desert we had the baklava and the limoncello sorbet. Both were very good. Service was good. We will be back to try some of the other interesting items on the menu.

Our experience was wonderful . Been there several times . Atmosphere , server and great food . My only suggestion would be to provide a veggie along with your entree . Other than that it was perfect . Looking forward to our Easter dinner .

The food and staff are amazing. If you like Greek inspired dishes this is a must visit. The Sunset bar upstairs is a great spot to enjoy the weather and details.

As a person that spent most of their summers in Greece, believe me when I say this is Authentic Greek cuisine and experience! Rarely have I found restaurants with that attention to detail in each and every aspect, starting with the interior, going through the food and ending with the service. Impeccable! Food is a bit underpriced for that quality, and I don't say that often - probably because we visited off season but for a dinner with three appetizers, two entrees, a shared dessert, two cocktails and a glass of wine, our check was less than $180, which is not a frequent occurrence down the shore, especially for that quality, and especially on a holiday night. They also have a winter pre fixed menu Thursday to Sunday, and it's a deal not to be missed. Service was impeccable, food was out of this world, every single bite was full of flavor, they use premium ingredients, and you can taste that (the olive oil for their salads and appetizers! Wow!). The ambience is something I couldn't miss to mention - beautiful interior design, with thoughtfully designed and selected aesthetic elements. That, combined with the Greek music is more than enough to evoke beautiful memories of warm Greek nights! The service is outstanding, unfortunately I forgot the name of our server but he was amazing! Overall, the entire experience was well worth the hour drive from Brigantine, and we definitely will be back! Thank you for a Valentine's Day to remember!

We dined at Santorini's on 2/14/24. My wife ordered Lobster Risoto and said it was good. I ordered Halibut Francaise served over pasta and it was delicious. We each had a glass of Pinot Grigio wine which was very good. Also, the bread they serve is very good. We shared a dessert of Tiramisu which was excellent. Our server was very attentive and came over to our table as soon as we were seated to ask if we wanted drinks and explain the specials. Our food was served in a timely manner. Was an added personal touch my wife received a long stem rose after dinner. I would recommend Santorini's when you're in the Wildwoods.

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Santorini. It was our first time dining there and everything from start to finish was impeccable. We both had the special (appetizer, entree and dessert). We chose the Greek and Caesar salads - both was great, the chicken Santorini- which was delicious, my husband chose the flounder, and we opted for the crème brûlée dessert which was heavenly! Milo was our server and not only was he knowledgeable but so friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to revisit!

Excellent dining experience! The eggplant appetizer and spanakopita were delicious. The moussaka entree and chicken Santorini were very good. My husband’s only complaint is that his dish had only one shrimp (it was supposed to be chicken and shrimp). The cocktails were very good. The service was excellent without being intrusive at all. Octavio was our server and he was wonderful. Another server heard me say I’d love the recipe to the spanakopita and then went in the back room and printed me a copy of the recipe! Very thoughtful! We love Santorini and will definitely be back in the future!!!

Our fourth visit. Once again. Nothing but good things to say. Popped in on Saturday night and despite the February weather, we were greeted warmly by the host. Seems they're always happy to have your business at Santorini. We sampled a couple "special" pre-Valentines "love potion" strawberry martini's (regular and chocolate) - and it was a bit like having dessert BEFORE dinner. Kitchen execution was flawless again - Crab Ravioli, Flounder Francaise, Lobster Risotto, decadent. They take care to concern themselves with plating too - as the dinners arrived at the table almost too pretty to eat. The bright ambiance always makes you feel like you've made a quick visit to the Mediterranean without leaving Jersey.

My husband and I ate at Santorini last night, for the second time in 2 years. I'm happy to say the service and atmosphere was still beautiful and great! We started with 2 appetizers, the scallops (cooked perfectly), and the spanakopita (super tasty almost reminded me a spinach filled dumpling). For our main courses, my husband ordered the lamb shank dish (he said it was delicious-very pleased) and I had the salmon dish (it was incredible-one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had)! Last, I asked for their homemade tiramisu to-go (awesome, super freshly made). All the food was SEASONED and cooked on point, there isn't a thing I would change! I told my husband this will be our new spot for a while!Thank you, Santorini, for a nice evening out. We will be coming back soon! <3

The food was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was welcoming. The service was excellent. My wife has celiac disease and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. We will certainly be returning often this year.

Once again, a great dinner. We are so glad that Santorini's is open off season AND their winter fixed price menu is a very nice touch. Looking forward to our next visit and we cannot wait to sit up in the new deck area when Spring arrives. Thank you.
