I’m not sure what happened to customer service but this store has none, Girl in the drive thru handed me 2 out of the 4 things i ordered and stared at me like i had three heads, turned around to her friend and laughed ab something and then turned back and said “is there anything else you’re waiting for” and when i said i was missing a cake pop and refresher she came back with only the cake pop and stared at me again like i was crazy. Maybe a little more training on double checking FULL orders would help, or more of a helpful attitude instead of a snotty one.

Good Starbucks in a good location. Very close to boardwalk and other hotels nearby. The only issue here is - it’s a drive through only and there are very few seats outside .. it was very crowded and moving very slow . Since the cars weren’t moving fast , I thought to park my car and order it directly .. parked my car and went to front to order ….

Order came through ok , but there were cars blocking the parking lot and it was tough to take my car out ! The whole entrance was blocked . Took me some time to take car out . Avoid parking and ordering in store . Just go drive through ! Coffee was good . Loved my latte.. capacino was good too. Chai was average . Good food but very slow !

first off consistently more of a water down iced coffee then the Rio grande location of Starbucks don't understand why secondly, the drive-through is unbearable. They can't seem to move the cars out of the line. The line goes out into the street. It takes been sitting here right now for 20 minutes and I didn't even start off in the street. It's just an unbearable design unfortunately which wouldn't be quite as bad if the coffee was consistent but at this location, it doesn't seem to be

Great experience every time I go there! I actually jump off the parkway to hit this Starbucks when I'm not even going to Wildwood. The manager (Alex) and staff are phenomenal!

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and it is always been a pleasure.

They always make my drink with love . ?

Kid-friendliness: they always have good things snacks, and tasty cake pops for the kids .

Wheelchair accessibility: If in a wheelchair you can roll from the parking lot to the outside window pick up. But preferably probably the drive-through window.

This is, consistently, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've gone maybe five times since they opened and have been disappointed every time. I was trying to give them time to find their groove, being a new store, but I'm pretty sure I'm done. First off, the design of the drive thru and parking lot is awful. Clearly it was not designed for our busy summer season. Cars spill into the street blocking traffic. Once on the Starbucks property, the drive through line blocks in cars parked in regular spots. Horribly designed. And the drinks. Ooooof. No consistency whatsoever. I've ordered the same exact thing every time and gotten different drinks each time. They usually taste like coffee-flavored water. I have not once yet tasted the peppermint I request in my trenta iced coffee with extra cream and extra ice. And there's rarely more than the tiniest splash of half and half in there. Yesterday's disaster had maybe 5-10 mostly melted ice cubes sadly floating at the top of my way too dark iced coffee that, despite its darkness, tasted like water with a drop of coffee in it. Not a trace of the peppermint syrup I requested. This new location really needs to step up its game. Rio Grande and CMCH locations are WAY more reliable. Service, however, has always been friendly, in my experience. Slow, but friendly. I want this location to succeed, but it needs some work, and the parking lot/traffic flow situation really needs to be reconsidered.

Awful experience with a very rude employee. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes which is fine but was then told that they were not only out of mostly all of the food items, but ice as well. If you have a massive line of people waiting there should at least be some kind of sign or someone telling people you are out of everything so they don't have to waste time waiting for that long. We then waited to get through the drive thru queue and saw everyone in front of us with iced drinks and people coming out of the store with iced drinks. When we asked how that's possible a very rude employee told us with an attitude that they had priority on the little ice that was being made because they ordered ahead and paid already. The whole situation was really poorly managed.

I just left the drive through Starbucks for the third time this week. The first two times I was greeted gracefully and treated well by the kind and well spoken African American man. Today, a “shorter” woman with black or dark hair that could possibly not be white, wearing a bandana was there and she was very off putting from our first communication. She was not friendly or kind and she seemed to be rushing us. Once we pulled off we realized two of the kids cake pops were missing. We made a turn back towards the drive through and I approached the window to tell her they were missing. My exact words “hey, sorry, you forgot two of our cake pops. The kids are going crazy” and laughed. She did not apologize she did not say anything. She handed them to me and told me next time don’t use the drive through. As I completely understand I shouldn’t use the driveway for normal issues, I had a car full of children and there was no one in my way. She was rude and her customer service was terrible. I go to Starbucks daily in wildwood and in Philadelphia and have never experienced anyone this rude.
