Walked there 2 different times during our trip, and they weren't open at all. When we looked inside, it looked like a hole in the wall that has been closed for years, will not be trying to go back.

Was the worst experience ever. Was there in the beginning of may for AC Championships. First of all they weren’t going to give us a room to accommodate one of my family members (needs a walk in shower), then when we finally get an accomodated room, we had no water! We had multiple different rooms that were given to us because we either didn’t have water or only cold water. We were promised a refund and we are still waiting for it. I keep getting the run around such as the owner doesn’t like to pay the bills or oh it was sent out when it never was. Hope we are never assigned to stay there again.

rooms were indeed modern. the halls were filthy. we saw some large stains on them. There were bird feathers and pieces of plastic eating utensils in the hottub. We turned in our blanket at the outset, as there was a huge red stain on it.
I rented two rooms for myself and some family members. My sister rented ended up with room 205 and told me there was no hot water and dismal water pressure in the shower. Desk staff acknowledged the problem had been persisting for weeks. Im sure if the owner had lost hot water at his house, the ordeal wouldnt last weeks. I asked the clerk to have the owner call me toward resolving the complaint I had about the shower. the clert avoided my gaze as he told me he would put a note for that, which pretty much confirmed in advance that he knew id never get that call. I didnt, hence the review. Oceanic has a good location, and places with good locations get customers regardless of whether or not they retain them. they wont be retaining us.

We stayed here from Aug 30-Sept 1 2024. Absolutely an amazing stay. I would say this hotel is not one you stay in if you’re there for a whole week and expect to live in your room but for us it was everything we needed at a fantastic price. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and all around great. The staff, let me tell You how wonderful they are, we needed to check in later they said “okay we got it” no issues, our room was cleaned and refreshed within an hour of us being out the door and back from the store. We asked for a later check out and they had no issue giving us an extra hour. They were beyond accommodating when we needed assistance the day we checked out and even offered to let us use the accommodations they provide for guests. We will be coming back and staying here again.

0/2. Block off the boardwalk and I’ve stopped in twice. You’re doing something wrong if there has been 2 other patrons max at 9pm on a Saturday in august. There’s a reason only 2ish ppl are in there on a Saturday night peak tourist season. It’s grimey and depressing. Definitely maximizing the potential of that place, they really know what they’re doing ?

Few things that need to be fixed before renting the room!!!!
We stayed Saturday until Monday July 1-3 am in room 400. Door needs to be completely replaced we had problems opening the door the key got stuck in front of the door in the hallway they have small ramp also need to be replaced!! Window above ac also needs to be fixed does not close. The room had no smoke detector??

We love this place. Have stayed here many times. Every time it gets better with the remodel. But one thing I hate is the hot tub is only hot from like 2pm -6pm. Leave it on let us enjoy 1 of the reasons I loved this place in the past. I am was here since Sunday and it’s the same everyday.

Had good beer, location was really great, but server was not pleasant at all. Maybe just an off night, but not good.
Staff was super friendly at check in. We were about 2 hours early and they had our room ready! Our room was clean and spacious and you definitely can't beat the location!
