Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years. The girl that took my order sneezed into her hands 3 times and was about to start scooping the ice cream. I was completely appalled. I whispered to her “ I just saw you sneeze three times into your hands. Aren’t you going to wash your hands before you scoop the ice cream” she looked at me like I said something wrong but washed her hands. It’s not the sneezing that was the problem. But the fact that she wouldn’t have washed her hands automatically before serving me or anyone. I was not happy about this at all.

Been here multiple times everytime it’s amazing they have a challenge to eat 9 scoops of ice cream I didn’t try it but wanted to because everything tastes so good service is fast and the staff is polite.

I was there last night, all the girls and the one boy there were so nice, they had to deal with a situation that a manager or adult should of handled and they all did perfectly!!! And this lady was so mean to them. She fixated on the one girl being really rude, and mean trying to get her to act like her. And she handled it with grace and confidence!!! I wish I knew her name because she did a really good job handling it. And I hope the lady that acted that way is ashamed of herself for fighting with a bunch a really sweet people. Oh the ice cream was fantastic and I loved the Belgian waffles pretty amazing. I recommend going here n getting some ice cream!!

Service was a bit slow, but that was because our server was a perfectionist and wanted everything perfect. The brownie sundae was AMAZING!
Parking: Street parking only. Metered spots right in front of Pacific Ave and free spots on the cross streets. It was a bit hard to find a spot, but that was mostly because I didn't want to pay for parking.
Kid-friendliness: Cute baseball theme.

Two words, Belgian waffle. Ok three words: Belgian waffle sundae. Definitely go there and get it because damn!!! Also, my husband got a brownie sundae and he loved it. He also helped me finish my waffle because it was a lot of food.

I visit the Dugout each year with my young children because we live nearby. It was nice to see some of the same faces behind the counter as last year - polite teenagers with a smile on their faces is a rare thing to see these days. On Saturday I watched one of the employees, I think named Matt, deal with a difficult elderly man with grace and professionalism.Great employees and great milkshakes! We are happy to return.
