I visited The Star Beach Bar yesterday for an ice cold drink— service was great and drinks were tasty HOWEVER for a resort of this caliber I think an investment in better speakers or a sound system is much needed. I heard a few other patrons say the same thing. I believe an improvement would boost the vibe out there 😊🎵🎶
Our new favorite spot. Food is awesome. Drinks were great. And look for Greg the bartender. Highlight of our trip. He’s great. Thanks again.

$50 for a crappy pulled pork sandwich, unsalted damp fries, and a barely-better-than-frozen margarita pizza. Fun looking from the beach, had live music but man so expensive for terrible food.
The sandwich said online it had coleslaw but it was just coleslaw veggie mix no sauce. No bbq sauce or anything, just under seasoned pulled pork, dry cabbage and carrot bits, and an upcharge for crappy fries. At least they weren’t salty so my baby could have a few bites.
The pizza was so bland. No crisp crust, it was white no golden brown of a good bake. Obvious tourist trap that got us. Avoid!

Pizza was good. Drink was 14$ and tasted like water w an orange floating around in it. Lol. Was confused where to park at first. Ended up being free...I think...wildwood is a great first beach vacation I've ever had tho. ❤️Bartender was a cute Puerto Rican I think. So sweet.

It was my 1st time at Star Beach Bar. Upon arrival, the host sat us at a table that wasn't wiped down. I asked the waiter to wipe the table. Their menu had limited choices & the drink prices were over priced. The atmosphere was really nice.

We went to the Star Beach Bar this weekend for a celebratory birthday drink with some friends. When we arrived everyone was very kind, our waitress Maddie came over and took our drink order. We ordered a few pina coladas and a tequila and soda water with muddled limes and oranges. It was busy but we got our drinks quickly. They were a perfect addition to the sunny day on the beach. We felt comfortable relaxing and enjoying the sun for a few hours without feeling rushed. The manager, Shane, came by a few times to ask how everything was. We really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this place for a laid back atmosphere. Thanks again to Maddie, Shane, and the rest of the crew for a fun Birthday stop!

Bad manner and attitude at the bar. Not recommended. Paid tip but no service.
Drinks were quick and fantastic. I ordered the hot habanero margarita. Exactly what you would expect. Spicy, tasty, amazing. Great beach bar vibes for wildwood.

Avoid Star Beach Bar in Wildwood, NJ, at all costs! This place is an absolute rip-off with terrible prices and horrendous food. I ordered what was supposed to be a wood-fired pizza, and what I got was an abomination. For $17, I received a pathetic, tiny portion that looked and tasted worse than a cheap frozen pizza. Honestly, Tony's frozen pizza has better flavor than this so-called "wood-fired" disaster. The pizza was bland, overcooked, and utterly disappointing.
The audacity to charge such high prices for such low-quality food is infuriating. This place is a complete joke and an insult to anyone who appreciates decent food. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Star Beach Bar is not worth your time or money.
Only thing that is good is the view and atmosphere. The service was good but the food was just downright awful. Go there for some drinks and stay away from the food

Off season autumn weather with pool and other anemnties it looked like a squatting ground for the old ladies who could easily be heard from like 2 blocks over dittoing on about something. Like attempted raqueerting chatter and im from the island, city and toga town where it is overt. I couldnt tell if they were trying to complain about lack of service there or out in the real world where maybe their loudness would be better served. Id still bring the family through for the breakfast in a jam or jiff but surfing friends or good family not really. Extra not posh. I really like that the staff is not wheeling and dealing but seems pretty local though they were clearly more into being entertained then the details to create a better breakfast support.

Me and my ex wife Nancy came here for drinks to try to rekindle our love after her torrid love affair with her tennis instructor, Pierre. We shared 7 or 8 buckets of Watermelon Crush (highly recommend!) before she found herself in the arms of a surf instructor named Steven (do not recommend). I’ll always love you, Nancy. Try the fish tacos!
A little on the expensive side for drinks but the atmosphere was charming and relaxing. Got to listen to some great Reggae music from Cheesy and the Crackers. Service was great and quick.
