WILDWOOD: Uncle Bill's Pancake House has a bunch of locations from Ocean City to Cape May and we stopped by their Wildwood location for breakfast! The WW spot is open seasonally and has a covered outdoor patio that allows leashed and friendly dogs. It is a popular spot in the summer and our server said they get a ton of dogs! Busy breakfast joint that still has you seated in 10 minutes during firefighter weekend in Wildwood! Don't sleep on the pecan pancakes, add chocolate chips. The sausage is well spiced and the bacon was cooked well done to perfection per my request. Although you get your own table, everyone is friendly, saying hello and asking about our weekend and when I'm due (very pregnant family getaway). Feels like home cooked breakfast at your relatives'.
